Domino's Pizza - Scarborough — Restaurant in England

Ordered online it said 10 to 15 minutes until ready, I walked to the store after 10 minutes so been waiting 15 minutes since ordering, got in checked screen it said 30 minutes until complete and still going up, a delivery drivers attitude when a customer asked how long until their order is ready and he responded in quite a rude attitude "Well you are just going to have to wait then until it done" I was shocked with the customer service, I just hope I never see this again. Total time waited in shop minutes, total time waiting time for pizza for one pizza is 50 minutes it is ridiculous and they wasn't that many orders on screen.

As was leaving a staff member touched face with gloves and continued to make someone else's order, quickly told them that change of gloves is needed if you touch face and all I got was ok...

Whilst the food is holding up the rating of this review, I have a huge issue with booked orders. I specifically booked my delivery at a certain time due to work. My order arrived 25 mins early which fell within work time. The delivery driver was braying at the door and pressed the doorbell multiple times and was actually turned to walk away from the door when I opened it. In a world where lots of us work from home, management need to take seriously the timeslot booked for anything that isn’t chosen as “ASAP” - I could’ve even been at a shop until my time slot, and may never have known you’d already been before my booked time. I have been ordering from dominos for a long time and I always liked the food from them

an hour ago I said to order something and try a wrappz when the delivery boy arrived I noticed these traces on the package for the first time and I asked him what it is and he told me something like because of wrappz something he leaves and I didn't really believe that because the people from dominos don't send the food in such a condition when I entered the house and I looked better and after I smelled the boy from the deliveries smelled of coffee he poured his coffee on the package he could have common sense and tell me he didn't want to do this and I understood him and I wouldn't post this but according to his attitude .. I don't think I'll order anything...
