Today we went to this place as a family for lunch, it was our first time and will be the last time as well. The service we received was extremely terrible I nearly I had a physical fight with the person at the front who made us nasty Falafels and it was not just about the food he was very disrespectful and uneducated man rude. I asked him nicely we want our Falafels without any sauce in it instead we’ll have the sauce separately please . He said ”NO PROBLEM” in a loud voice he just was so rude and he’s got attitude problem at that point I realized that this guy must have brought to work by force. Subsequently he made the falafels and I asked him could I have the sauce please? He replied this “if you want sauce £1 per tub of sauce” I said to him I asked you at the start we want our Falafels without sauce we want it separately and you agreed to it. Sadly he denied that he ever said that! Lol, Anyhow he ruined our day and I really hope his Boss read this comment and teach him some manners. In case the owner of the business doesn’t know which staff I am taking about( the person with blue eyes at the front section) you should kick him out of the business it’s good for your own benefit he doesn’t care if you lose customers or not. I would not recommend...

Really rubbish service from the restaurant, staff very negligent. No one came to bring us a menu or to collect our orders. When we collected our own menus we were told someone would come to take our orders but no one came even after 10/15 minutes, had to go to counter ourselves. Saw staff collecting orders from other tables though so we were ignored for some reason. We asked for some water and were told it would be brought to the table, no water came. Eventually realised water was self serve at the counter however if this is the case why not just tell us it is self serve rather than agreeing to bring us water knowing you won’t? Food took a very long time and was not all brought out together. Guest I was with had almost finished eating before my meal came out 20 minutes later. No staff came to check on us during the meal despite checking on the tables around us. Very bad experience would not return. Food was not worth being made to feel...

Came in to have dinner with friends and one of my friends is extremely allergic to sesame seeds. After telling the server this, he was ensured that only the falafel had sesame seeds in it. He ordered chicken wings. The server offered chips to him as a side and we had to point out and ask if they were fried in the same oil as the falafel, which they were so my friend obviously declined... After the meal, my friend went into a severe allergic reaction and had to be rushed to the ER. As a restaurant, take peoples allergies seriously. If you cannot accommodate them then tell them. We all would have gladly gotten up and left if there was more transparency that they do not know how to handle allergies and do not have anything in place to accommodate, learn from the other shawarma places in town who take this much more seriously. This is about people's lives, your negligence could have killed my friend if we did not...

Recently visited Falafel Land in Leicester City Center and tried their chicken shawarma, grilled chicken, and marakesh with zaatar. Overall, it was a delightful experience. The chicken shawarma was flavorful, though it could have been juicier. The grilled chicken had a nice smoky flavor but similarly could benefit from being a bit more tender. The marakesh with zaatar was a standout, with the zaatar adding a pleasant, aromatic touch. I was particularly impressed with the toum; it was perfectly balanced and complemented the dishes well. The fresh kubuz provided was another highlight, soft and warm, enhancing the overall meal. For a total cost of about £16, the meal was reasonably priced for the quality and portion sizes. I would give Falafel Land 4 stars and look forward to visiting again to try more of their offerings.

If you love shawarma, then this the best couple of pounds you will ever spend. Whenever I travel through Leicester, I always stop here for the lamb shawarma. The food is authentic and so amazing. The Tahini sauce is deliciously crafted and mixed with garlic and spice to your preference. The blend of coriander leaves and pickled cucumbers is perfect! Juices inside are packed with flavour! It’s not your regular wrap and kebab food place. It is safe to say that it is the best in the Midlands! 🔥🔥🔥 Prices are great considering the value and you can sit outside if you want to. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have dine-in and take-away options. Definitely a must try if you are in Leicester 💯

It is the worst place you can go and taste sweets there. It has the name Baba Kunafa and does not serve kunafa. I bought harissa. The price was very low and the taste was like anything except harissa. I took the two types available and the right one did not resemble harissa. It was very old and as if it had been prepared weeks ago and it had hardened and was no longer the same. He should I do not advise anyone to try it compared to shops selling Arabic sweets. The price was five pounds more than the rest of the shops and the taste was not up to 5% of other places.
