No faults whatsoever, I honestly loved everything about this restaurant. The service was impeccable, it was our first time tasting Ethiopian food and we didn't know what to expect but the lovely lady working there helped us with the food menu and described the dishes very well. The flavours and presentation of the dishes was delicious and filling. We ordered a coffee ceremony as it looked very interesting on the menu and it did not disappoint. We learnt a lot about Ethiopian culture from it. The coffee beans used were strong in flavour and it was accompanied with popcorn! My 5 year old daughter is hard to please and she wasn't keen on the main that we had ordered (perhaps spices were strong for her but we enjoyed it) so we ordered a scrambled egg and tomato with bread and it came out, such a big portion but it was so good. She loved it! Thank you so much for an amazing meal and experience- we will definitely be coming back again!!

A lovely place to visit, feels like the whole family are involved in delivering wonderful food. We had a platter between us where we were able to request minimal spice levels in the majority of the selection. The pancake style bread base has a sour taste and you use it to scoop up the other dishes. I think we enjoyed the beef bits and the greens and other vegetable dishes the most. The stews were a little hot for me but looked great. Also got to enjoy an Ethiopian beer and a wonderful honey wine, Tej. It's like a unique mead with a bit of a curious sharpness. The decor is nice with authentic art dotted around and regulars popping in for food and drink. Spent around £25 a head with food to spare and drinks, which was certainly worth it. We would love to return next time we are in Leicester.

Amazing birthday meal for father-in-law. Excellent value for money too with great service. All the dishes were great especially recommend flavours of Doro Wat. All four Tibs dishes had unique flavours that were clearly cooked fresh with separate base recipes. Everyone enjoyed the authentic dark injera flatbread (teff grain) that is gluten free too. We ordered the Ethiopian coffee ceremony afterwards as we were enjoying ourselves so much. The crew were lovely, took time to explain options and share information- we’re all inquisitive! Looking forward to our next family visit.
