Four Seasons Terrace Cafe — Restaurant in England

First impressions was very poor as kept waiting by entrance sign, which was fair enough as cafe was busy. We were ignored by 3 different members of staff which could have said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ which we would’ve expected. When we were finally seated, staff member was abrupt and rude who gave us 1 menu between 4 and said ‘lot of the items are unavailable’ and walked away. however did not specify which. The greeting and the food/drink orders was like a sketch from little Britain. Wanted a table for 6 and there was absolutely no effort to make it work, split us up. Then put us on a dirty table which she said she would clean, then didn't. The girl taking or order clearly did not want to be there, grunted. We had to wait a little to get a table which is fine, I like that someone sees you to a table and I like that it's waiter service.

The food didn't take long to arrive and it was absolutely lovely, really can't fault it.

My son had mac and cheese which he enjoyed, my husband loved his chargrilled chicken salad and cous cous and my tuna mayo jacket potato was spot on, really tasty.
