Greggs — Restaurant in England

Never went to Weymouth before, that was our day trip to Durdle door. While returning, Stopped into Greggs for coffee, went inside we 3 friends to have mocha. In machine somehow one of my friends, she couldn’t find cup board & it was hot to hold then she took another cup to put hot cup in then went to pay. The slim aged guy with silver hair, with a cold smile with harsh tone was interrogating her why she missed to see there was a cup board- she should have use that. She told she didn’t know about it, even she was looking for tissue but there was no tissue that’s why she took another cup to put it in. Still she wanted to return the second cup but he was telling it’s too late you waste a cup which is going to be threat for environment. Even she wanted to pay for that, he wasn’t even replying that just with cold smile & harsh tone ordered her to tap to pay. Then he came out of counter to check my another friend so she don’t take another cup mistakenly- literally he was checking out standing beside coffee machine where I also was standing with her as I will pay both of our coffee. Then she asked can we get tissue please, he wasn’t replying then I asked to be sure did he listen like- she is asking about tissue please. He literally said - “you can see I am serving her” which doesn’t make any sense where we were standing together. Then we didn’t argue anymore, just paid & left the place. The whole day trip was fantastic but end of the day, he ruined our mood by his rude behaviour. In last few years I found only him from cave time. There was nothing to be rude about, if there was anything to pay extra we asked as well but the rude part he played it seems he is none other then another lifeless racist. In last two days I was trying to take his rude behaviour off but couldn’t do that’s why finally wrote it. I don’t know how much care Greggs will do but he was literally teaching Greggs is not for...

All I wanted was a freaking Bacon Roll but no when I get to the till and ask for one the employees say that there’s no bacon and offer a grim sausage roll. I hate sausage rolls! Unbelievable! I mean what, is there a National shortage of bacon or something? Really not happy about this. Here’s a food for thought; maybe have sign or notice saying you’re out of bacon next time. It will save us all a lot of disappointment. You can be sure I am never ever going to purchase at this Greggs again from now on, you can be sure of that. I am just going to use the other two Greggs stores in Weymouth whilst ignoring this sorry excuse...

Get regular trains for work so stop in to this Greggs regularly, I find the staff here to be really rude, no customer service or manners, the guy that works here (mornings) is very frosty, the women are nicer but often completely blanking you and chatting among themselves as they serve. food is fine but regularly cold and this is also more expensive than most greggs due to being a franchise I assume… going to skip coming here and instead get my fix in the Poole branch when off the train where the staff are always pleasant...
