Pizza Hut Scarborough — Restaurant in England

After waiting over an hour, I called the store and was placed on hold for several minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told my order had left "some time ago" but that the driver was struggling to find my address. When the food arrived, the bag had no heat or steam, and upon opening the items, they were barely warm. I immediately informed the driver that I was unhappy with the temperature.

I called the store again and spoke to a lady who initially seemed helpful. However, when I questioned the inconsistency in the timelines provided by different staff members, she became dismissive. She claimed to had prepared and sent the order herself, yet the app showed it had been packed over 20 minutes before delivery. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she simply said “sorry” and offered no resolution. After I stated that I would not be ordering again, she responded with “that’s fine” and abruptly wentto end the call. When I requested to speak to a manager, she claimed to be the manager but refused to provide her name before hanging up.

I then attempted to call back multiple times over the next 40 minutes, but my calls were ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If this is how complaints are handled, it is no surprise that customers choose to take there...

Ordered from there late morning for a delivery at 5pm when I finished work. There was a mix up and I thought I could collect but then I couldn't so I ended up ringing them twice to change my mind and they were so nice about it, didn't bother them AT ALL and they couldn't be more helpful. The delivery driver came BANG ON 5pm, the food was piping hot and oooooh my god amazing. The 'garlic bread tear and share' is the best thing I've ever eaten 😂 can never fault pizza hut, and this was the same - perfect pizza and super tasty. Honestly speaking I have never received an order from this restaurant without being disappointed. Every other Pizza Hut I ever had was great, but in this place they NEVER give the garlic crust, they always cut my pizza slopily, the ingredients are unevenly tossed around anywhere and they never failed to make the crust just unappetising and oddly greasy. Pizza Hut in itself is great, but if you wanna treat yourself better don't do it while in Scarborough because your chances of being satisfied are probably about 15%. PS. please start listening to what the actual order says because I have not once gotten it fully...
