Went there for dinner with the kids. Ordered 2 starters, 1 main and 3 sides. 1 starter - garlic bread arrived with the main was margarita pizza. The garlic bread was too thick and the base was heavily burnt. The pizza was alright. Then the soup of the day the 2nd starter arrived. Piping hot but dull on flavour. I had to ask for the 3 sides we had ordered, only to be told that they were put onto the adjacent table in error, the young lady offered to have them redone. Along came the young lad, I asked him about the portion of beans, to be given the same reason and he walked up to the next table and picked up a ketchup cup with what looks like a table spoonful of beans(Ā£2) for this mind! He puts it on our table and goes, it hasn't been touched. Me and the Mrs didn't know what to say, the other sides - fries were the best thing we ate in the whole meal and the onion rings were charred to put it lightly. The impression I got is they're in a tourist location and main out for floating business. If I were local I would never set foot in again. Now the top floor we were told was off limits until the ground floor was completely full. The toilets were ok, didn't have warm water and the whole place needs some central heating. All in all, been there, but never going back again.

Awful experience and worse food (if you can call it that.) First of all we sat upstairs where all tables had their respective chairs on top - at 7:30pm - which provided a lovely atmosphere and ambience. Ordered a 'Mighty Meat' pizza for £10.95 (initially thinking a steep price but willing to swallow it for the "approx 11 inches" pizza. Alas that would be the last thing I'd be swallowing that meal time.) My fellow diners received their pizzas first, which was met with a chorus of disbelief and, to be frank, laughter. The pizzas served were clearly oven pizzas purchased from a local supermarket and sold at an extreme mark up. A friend measured their pizza with their mobile telecommunication device, and landed that the pizzas were around 7.5-8", 2/3 the size of what was listed on the menu. To add insult the pizzas were served on 11" pizza plates, which dwarved the supposedly in-house prepared pizza it engulfed. Would strongly suggest giving this establishment a miss and visiting a local chippy. The only edible thing served was the lettuce the halloumi was served upon.

Sat in here now. Service is good and friendly. But the drinks are overpriced. The decor is quite nice inside seating and bar area and upstairs and the toilets clean, but come on, clean those damn windows. For the prices you're charging, I'm sure you can afford to keep up appearances. The WiFi code is over the bar behind the counter, 'Websters', with a capital 'W'. Has potential, but should be better. Those dirty windows really stand out like a sore thumb (sure, there's a sea breeze blowing up sand) given how nice everything else is inside. The atmosphere at the moment is relaxed and pleasant. Charge the high drink prices, but make sure the windows are clean, especially for the air show.

11 of us arrived for a meal after enjoying a fabulous day at Leisure Beach. We were told to sit upstairs. As we walked upstairs, steps or stairs were filthy, not vacuumed and tables were stinky, not cleaned. We firstly ordered drinks and the bar attendant was friendly. After this, we placed our orders. X4 mixed grill, x1 sirloin steak, x2 rib eye steaks all medium, x1 mozzarella salad with tomato’s, X3 garlic bread and x1 margarita pizza. In total, we spent over Ā£300.00 in this restaurant. We paid for drinks down stairs and bar lady told us that chef was not happy when he received our order, she said he felt it was too big.. After the order, a young lad (about 14 years old) came to our table and told us order would take about 45 minutes. We said, no problem, but asked if we could have the garlic bread first so we could have as a snack as we waited. No garlic bread was delivered. We continued to wait. X4 grilled mix arrived, x3 had the fried onion and one didn’t. There were no utensils for us to use. There was one waiter running around doing her best. She was clearly tied and seemed tense. I asked if she was ok and she said she was tired. Some of us had almost finished our meal when the salad arrived. The salad was plain, no mozzarella or tomatoes in to. This was pointed out to the fed up looking waiter who asked if it was ok to take the reintroduction as well as the salad to show the kitchen. The salad was later returned with grated cheese and sun dried tomatoes but not fresh tomatoes. The pizza finally arrived when most of us finished eating. Garlic bread was last to arrive. Since we had already eaten our mail course and had paid for the garlic bread, we asked a member of staff for a take away container since we were unable to eat all of the garlic. We were shocked by his reply. Turned out that the man we spoke to was the chef. He told my colleague that Webster’s Coffee bar and grill was not Macdonalds take away and that their establishment was a sit down and eat place and refused to assist. I asked him why he thought it was ok for him to be so rude. I told him that we did not spend over Ā£300.00 at Macdonalds, we spent Ā£300.00 at their establishment. The chef continued to be sarcastic and behaved like an immature grown man. The young 14 year was there witnessing this and laughing. Luckily another worker who witnessed this stepped in to assist. This second young man later apologised for this chefs rudeness. As we were leaving I thought I should speak to the manager about her staff. She told me that there was nothing she could do as we were rude to her staff. The manager was no prepared to listen to what I had to say but repeatedly said she had no time because she was busy. She said we were difficult because we asked for extra ring onions and she gave us a little extra pepper corn dressing we didn’t pay for. We did not understand what the manager was talking about as we didn’t ask for extra ring onions. We mentioned one plate with mixed grill coming without the ring onions. We didn’t ask for extra peppercorn sauce, it was offered by her when she brought the meals when she asked if everyone with steaks wanted sauce. The manager, like her chef would benefit from customer care training. They are both not the run people to be in charge of a seemingly decent looking establishment. Their management style is poor and an embarrassment. If only they employed more sensible staff like the young man who came to us on two occasions to apologise after witnessing the poor behaviour of people he is supposed to look up to. At one time he was forced to tell the chef in front of me to stop it. Thank you young man, sorry I didn’t...

Terrible experience. I made the suggestion that me, my partner and 2 children are at websters bar and grill. I had previously been there and it was quite pleasant but on this occasion i couldn’t have been more wrong. We sat down to find the menus was filthy and my partner and the daughter wasn’t happy already about that before we had even placed the order . I insisted we still ate there as the food was lovely my visit 1 years prior. We was seated on a dirty table with dirty menus, I had to then walk down the stairs to go and order. My partner ordered the ā€˜sirloin’ with fries and red wine gravy, I ordered the cheeseburger and fries, tampura prawns . my daughter didn’t want to order anything as the cleanliness had thrown her appetite. We added on 1 cola , 1 pint and 1 glass of wine. Ā£55.99 they charged, so I thought with us being surrounded by much cheaper establishments that I would be eating a rather nice meal. The food came out 35 minutes later to only taste like watered down bisto gravy which we had to change to a peppercorn for that to only taste like hot water (the owner replied yes it’s tasteless) the ā€˜sirloin’ was definitely an imposter as I’ve been a butcher for many and have sold 10’s of thousands of steaks in my career (it was dreadful) thin piece of quick fry from my opinion (Ā£18.99) for the sirloin alone . The burger was a frozen burger and was terrible. The chips I suppose you can’t get wrong as they was actually edible. My daughter ended up storming out and went across the way to the pier and ordered a pizza from there as the atmosphere, cleanliness and experience was dreadful for her. At this point we just wanted to go , leave the establishment ! But me liking a spin on the machines had put Ā£10 in there and won Ā£142. The machine refused to pay out and went in error mode! I politely asked the owner for the payout but I was handed a notebook and pen to write my contact details down and the payment details where they should pay to once spoken with the engineer. So we left the information and was promised it would be sorted out within the next couple of days with this being bank holiday. My partner then tipped the young waitress Ā£10 in change as a thank you cor getitng baby seat ect for us and helping change what we needed. We then left and continued our Easter treat for the kids . 2 weeks now after the ā€˜engineer looking into this’ she comes back to us over messages advising the win was only Ā£10, Called me a liar. Tried to send us a wattsapp message of what the bandit company had apparently sent her a reply saying Ā£10 winnings ( I would of thought this would of been done via email) when questioned this she said ā€˜nothing to do with me, ring them’ then put the phone down . Not even answering now. So i called the company and they don’t know anything about it . I want my money! I’ll continue advising people to not stay well clear of that declining business . Hope this helps others make there mind up about that shambles of...

After a rather busy and long day at the Pleasure Beach we were looking for a decent sit down meal. We were only staying in Blackpool for two nights so we hadn't done any research on any good places to eat so we decided to give Websters a go (this was around 9.00pm). Myself and my partner ordered the 8oz sirloin and rib eye steaks (£17 a go) - and my goodness I hate to say it but they were the WORST steaks I've ever had! Both were about 2cm thick and just terribly bland and under-seasoned. They looked like they had been flattened to a pancake with a hammer or something, I've never seen anything like it and for £17 a go you must be having an absolute GIRAFFE!!!!! I don't know how they get away with it, it's a joke and if anything disgusting for a place on the forefront.

I could have cooked better steaks myself for half the price! Quite frankly, I was SHOCKED at what we received. There were three onion rings thrown onto each plate which were undercooked, one small fried tomato each and some chips which were the best part of the meal - crispy and seasoned. I think the chef (who was very friendly and accommodating) may have noticed I wasn't happy because he gave us some free chicken nuggets for my child (wasn't even going to attempt to try those) an extra portion of chips and free peppercorn sauce which was watery and tasted like peppered gravy. My child wanted a pizza but we were told they didn't have any which was odd, plus we didn't have any cutlery on our table.

You simply cannot charge prices like that for food that poor, it's daylight robbery! The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food came out fast and the chef was as helpful as he could be considering the circumstances. I would have expected so much better for a place that is right on the seafront, I mean why don't they make more of an effort to make the place look nicer by cleaning the windows or updating the decor - just some suggestions.

I definitely will NOT be returning if I ever come to Blackpool again and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! It will be memorable to me but in all...
