Went there as part of a society for our Christmas dinner. We made a reservation and sent through food choices weeks in advance. The night started as we showed up on time and were made to wait outside in the rain 15mins. Then came what I can only describe as a frustrating night. The delivery of courses of random, with some people getting starters 20 minutes after others just as they had been forgotten, or not enough had been made. Then we waited over an hour to get our mains. Thwn we waited another hour before dessert. During which time a request for water had been put in several times with no water showing up until we were being kicked out as the restaurant was closing. Other parties and individuals came and went with their service being much more prompt than ours. I understand that we were a large party, however with our requests being submitted weeks in advance and the price we paid for this meal the service and dinner we got was appalling. I left not wanting to return along with unnecessary stress that I could have done without. If you are thinking of hosting a dinner here with more than a few people please look elsewhere. It is such a shame to write such a review for what I have been told is a good restaurant, but it was a very disappointing time and I hope that it does not happen to others.

What a fantastic place for a lovely night out. We ordered the Côte du Boeuf as our main to share and it was cooked to perfection. It was accompanied by two portions of frites as well as two additional sides (we chose ratatouille and sauteed garlic greens). It was the perfectly amount of food to follow the charcuterie board as a starter and (most importantly) leave room for dessert. For dessert we had the warm chocolate fondant - which oozed splendidly - and the salted caramel tarte - which was dense and delicious. The service was impeccable with the staff having a fantastic balance of friendliness and professionalism - giving us time and space when needed or chatting about the menu/restaurant. The atmosphere was calming and the lighting was intimate without being too dim. We thoroughly enjoyed our night out and we will definitely return for our next special occasion night out!

What a fabulous evening we had at our first time at Cote. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated like VIPs. Service was exceptional & staff were informed & attentive. We like to know the people who are looking after us and Matt made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious: Crab Maison, French onion soup, confit pork belly, beouf bourguignon & veg with a glorious bottle of Muscadet made for a tremendous evening, watching people enjoying the Christmas market. Although it was very busy, at no time were we neglected or made to wait. The lovely, relaxed vibe along with great food gave us an evening we'll not forget. We'll be back as soon as poss. Thank you all.

Date night, picked Coté now we have been here before and it's always been consistently good, they have revamped the menu and it's good, I had the garlic Calamari..fresh, crispy and lots of it, Clairo (my wife) had the beetroot salad which she really enjoyed. Mains... I went with Monkfish with roasted peppers and creamed spinach.. delish...Clairo had Mussels..can't really mess up .. those. The food was good here comes the but.....the tables are to small and to close together to the point that the servers struggle to get through... And I did feel a little bit rushed. In saying that it's well worth a try and we will go back again.....p.s. they do do a great breakfast 😁😁

We booked to have breakfast in the week, we were greeted to a lovely warm welcome by Nina and was able to sit down where we wanted. Unfortunately upstairs wasn’t open but we sat down near the wall on a lovely table. Angel was our server who was great and gave us everything we needed. We ended up choosing to have the Eggs Royale and a Pain au chocolat which were both great and very tasty. And were a perfect to start the day. We were made aware that they could only expect card payments when we sat down which okay and no bother at all. Service charge is added automatically and we were more than happy to pay this!

Beautiful ^ truly lovely setting 😍 opposite cathedral, seating outside (where we sat) vast seating areas on 3 floors. Chose the 3 course menu of pumpkin soup, chicken for main and caramelised banana with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce 😋 Everything was presented excellently, wonderful flavours (my pumpkin soup was on the cold side yet delicious taste) A wonderful last lunch before returning to Marbella, even gave the kitchen staff a round of applause 👏 to say thank you Will be back....hungry for more ♡
