Working near Preston Park, Brighton and trying to find someplace to grab a decent freshly made bit of lunch? I stumbled upon Bam’s Kitchen near Preston Circus. Made to order, the grilled halloumi, basil mayonnaise and salad leaf sandwich was a delicious generously packed large ciabatta type roll at £6. This really is the best new lunch spot in town, with a great selection of food and drink. Whether you’re on a health kick or fancy something a bit more indulgent, there is an option for you! The cakes and pastries are delicious and made in house. The decor is beautiful, simple and elegant, the pipe shelving is worth a mention, a work of art! An all round amazing experience, top notch product, fantastic service and Bam is just fabulous....

I can only recommend Bam’s Kitchen. The variety of dishes you can get is awesome and the vegan sausage rolls are the best I have ever had.
