Thursday 25th July 2023 We visited this micro bar 2 minuite from the Train Station at SCARBOROUGH This has to be an essential visit for all connoisseurs of real ale Not only great hand pumped ales on but also there are 13 craft taps for the craft ale conessurs to try Fantastic staff local following is so good and friendly This has got everything good going for it when wanting to drink great ales in a great pub Tuesday 5th September 2023 We again used this great Scarborough real ale and craft bar today. Finally managed to visit, went in on a Friday early evening, glad I did.

Absolutely outstanding range of beers, it's pretty hardcore craft orientated... which is awesome, no wishy washy pseudo craft beer, rather quality beers from the likes of Verdant, Vault City, Northern Monk, Azvex etc all on draft.

This is in addition to an immense and varied range of bottled and canned beers from the UK, Europe and the US ranging from sours, IPAs, Imperial Stouts & Continental.

There's also 4 cask beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks... which is also excellent as there's something for everyone.

They seem to have regular live music (Friday, Saturday and Sunday when we visited).

Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, the kind of place to go either with friends or on your own and still feel...

i was really curious to try out the beer in this place, but the welcome my friends and I received was appalling. As a barman, you should have the politeness to greet people when they get into your business: unfortunately, this did not happen. On the contrary, we were greeted with dirty look by the barman, as if our presence in that bar was not welcome. This is not how to treat a potential customer. We stood near the bar for few minutes waiting for the barman to finish his chat with his mate and finally serve us: unfortunately, this did not happen either, so we just left the bar unserved and totally ignored.
