Brighton and Hove’s food scene just got a vibrant new addition with the opening of Elite Kitchen a Turkish restaurant tucked away on Church Road. Combining authentic Anatolian flavors with modern presentation, this newcomer offers a warm, relaxed atmosphere that feels both fresh and deeply rooted in tradition.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with soft Turkish music, the inviting aroma of grilled meats and spices. The staff are genuinely friendly, offering helpful recommendations for both seasoned lovers of Turkish cuisine and newcomers alike.

The menu is a well-curated mix of classics and house specials. The mixed meze platter is a perfect way to start—creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, and a zingy ezme salad served with warm, fluffy pide bread. For mains, the lamb shish with yoghurt is a standout: tender lamb served over toasted bread with a rich tomato sauce and cooling yogurt. Vegetarians won’t feel left out either, as they plenty choices.

Portions are generous, and prices are reasonable for the quality—most mains are under £20. They also offer an impressive selection of Turkish wines and raki for those looking to round out the meal with a traditional touch.

Overall, Elite Kitchen is a welcome new player in Brighton and Hove’s culinary landscape. Whether you’re after a cozy dinner, a shareable feast with friends,it’s well...

From start to finish, this was an unforgettable dining experience. The food was simply outstanding every dish was bursting with authentic Turkish flavours, beautifully seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The meze were fresh and vibrant, the grilled meats were tender and juicy with just the right amount of smokiness, and the bread came out warm and fluffy, perfect for dipping into the rich, flavourful sauces.

As amazing as the food was, the service made it even better. Our waiter, Kem, was exceptional friendly, knowledgeable about the menu. He gave us thoughtful recommendations, explained the dishes with care, and made sure everything was just right throughout the evening.

This restaurant is a true gem, and thanks to both the incredible food and Kem’s service, it’s one I’ll be returning to again and again. Highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic, flavourful...

This was our first visit for lunch today, and it’s easy to see why this restaurant has such an excellent reputation. The space is spotless, beautifully presented, and the staff are genuinely welcoming, professional, and warm.

The food was outstanding. We ordered the mixed shish, and every bite of meat was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavour. The Turkish pide was, without doubt, the best I’ve had in Brighton — the base was perfectly authentic, just as you’d find in Turkey, with toppings balanced to perfection.

Dessert was the perfect finale. The kunefe was generous, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Chef Haydar has truly set the bar for authentic Turkish cuisine in Brighton: every dish was presented with care and delivered on flavour.

A real treat from start to finish — highly recommend visiting. You won’t be...
