Favorite Chicken Hull — Restaurant in Great Britain

I got the Spicy Chicken Fillet Burger Meal+ and I can’t lie, it was very nice. It wasn’t overly spicy, but had a little kick that made it enjoyable. The batter was well-flavoured and the chicken itself was tender and tasty.

The chips were also great, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I did ask for chilli sauce in my burger, but unfortunately it didn’t come with it, which is a big part of why I gave it a 4/5.

I also asked to swap my wings for a strip since I’m not a fan of chicken on the bone. The strip was disappointing, it seemed frozen (I think I saw them get it out the freezer) and was the size of a fillet rather than a small battered strip. This, along with the missing sauce, brought my overall rating down to a 4.

I did get a wing too, but since I’m not a fan of wings, I didn’t really try it, though I’m sure chicken lovers would enjoy it. Finally, I got a tub of BBQ beans, I thought these were really nice, not too heavy with the BBQ and not too light. With a drink, my total came to around £8–9, which I think is reasonable.

Overall, I’d definitely come back and just get the Spicy Chicken Burger Meal again, it was...

Ordered food via just eat. Half of the order missing, rang up to tell them the lady who answered told us to hold one moment where we could hear her telling her co worker, she forgot the burgers. She then said "can I ring you back real quick?" 16 mins later we decided to ring and explained to another male staff member who said "oh yes I've just ben told about this, its a new online menu, if you live close by I will sort." It felt like he wanted us to pick the food up so I said we ordered meals to be delivered and half of it was missing, no call back and its not very good customer service. I asked for a refund, which was agreed....still waiting for refund. Poor communication, order incorrect and lacking in customer service. Shame because the chicken we did receive was tasty but won't be ordering again as its very inconvenient when things...

This is becoming one of my favourite franchise. The food is really tasty full of flavour. Spicy wings have a kick but not too much it ruins the taste. Really thick chicken gravy which goes great with spice fries or to add a little extra to your burger. My food was piping hot on the 2 occasions I visited. Kitchen clean staff very nice and friendly. I ordered double ringer fire plus meal with 2 crunchy wings gravy and a drink. I then ordered a separate side of spicy bbq wings but got more crunchy wings.... on both occasions I visited hence the 3 stars. But overall highly recomend you try these guys very well reasonably priced and not hanging around...
