So where do I begin? My husband & I visit this branch specifically on 19/06/2025 and the last X2 times we’ve come we’re told there’s no grilled wings, half chickens or butterfly chickens. I asked the young male (light skinned, tall with a small beard) at the counter how they’ve ran out of stock as their a ‘chicken shop’ his response was ‘after 9pm we don’t have any and as it’s almost closing time that is the reason why’ I then checked the time on my phone and it was 21:15 and said but you should still have the stuff no matter what. This branch closes at 11pm according to Google so maybe he was illiterate and didn’t know how to tell the time who knows! 1st time it happened it’s ok but when it happens twice its a joke. Either way this place has gone downhill massively and we will NOT be back as there’s many places out there that serve their full menu until closing time. I got home and it appears they gave me a standard meal with no add ons and had the audacity to charge me for stuff that I haven't received. The young lady that took my order on the phone was the one that charged me. She was having a convo that wasn't work related with the other 2 lads (which is normal) as long as you get your work done. As an establishment you should be doing the MINIMUM of providing the customer with what they ordered.
Tip for the manager to reduce such errors: get the person receiving the order to do a final check before giving it to the customer.
I've seen other reviews with missing items, so it seems to be a common occurrence that needs to be addressed.
I'm a regular customer here via uber eats and the food is normally spot on. Never had any issues before.

They managed to hit rock bottom with their service – not only did they send HALF my order, missing ALL the burgers and the kid’s meal, but they also didn’t bother answering the phone when I tried to contact them to fix it. No reimbursement given. Barely scraped an apology from them. How is it even possible to run a business with this level of incompetence?
