After scrolling the street we loved the vibe of this bar, so me and my friends went inside. We saw a sign that said cocktails above the stairs and went up. There was no one up there. We asked the employee that was scrolling through her phone if the bar was closed and she said yes. We were on our way down when a very agressive security lady came to throw us out. Apparently that area was closed, even thought no one told us and it was not signalized. We said we were very sorry and when asking for a justification, the lady refused to engage in conversation and proceeded to throw us out. Whilst outside we overheard other people being denied entrance because they were wearing shorts (which one of my friends was also wearing, as it was 20°C outside). We still dont know the reason why we got kicked out of the bar. Our group was 1 boy and 2 girls, sober and polite. We were very disappointed because we actually really liked the band that...

My sister and I came in late on Monday 8th for a quick drink after being at the world boxing championships as it was easy access due to being in a wheelchair. We were served and then we were told that they were closing the side we were on and everyone to move to the other side , where there was more live music. I saw the steps from where we were and further steps to get into the other side. I thought we would have to leave but this amazing bouncer called Dan, said no we have a ramp, him and another staff member were then extremely helpful with moving the ramp onto the steps and getting me in. They are a credit to you and were very patient and we went to other bar and had an absolutely amazing time, the band were brilliant, the people were very friendly and we finally left at 2:30am and again Dan got the ramp out and helped me out. Absolutely...

Then I walked to another place close but the same security told me go over because even the second bar was them too. I was so confused and asked several times if they had a problem with me, since I am from United Stated sometimes is difficult to me understand British English⊠well at the end the security told me they didnât allow me in their bars because has seemed I have drank too much. I drunk only one âsmall, light beerâ and of course I was not drunk. It is my first time in Liverpool and I saw people drunk from 4 pm, everyday, anywhere⊠so I would say the security and the bartender are not able to recognize a sober person since they see only drunk people ! Thank you for being so kind with me tonight (April...
