From our experience at this bar on a warm sunny Saturday evening, this rooftop venue deserves zero stars, however given the stunning view and the fact that Google does not allow a zero star rating, I've given it a one. I will justify this given the extreme rating. Firstly, upon getting our first beverage, the bartender was extremely rude. From the lack of enthusiasm combined with the tone of her voice and body language, it was clear she had minimal interest in serving customers. This took us by surprise as this was a roof top venue in city centre as bars such as these have high standards not only for their guests but staff as well. We gave her the benefit of the doubt as staff can have "bad days" and didn't want to be too critical of this first experience. However we noted that staff amongst themselves were having a lot of banter and it was only when serving customers the mood became somber. Secondly, the drinks we were served were warm, each containing 2 small cubes of ice which dissolved by the time we reach our seats. Mind you this weekend the temperatures were in excess of 30 degrees centigrade. The quality of these beverages were similar to those I use to experience during university nights out. Thirdly, one of the glasses was so dirty to the point that you could see someone else's lipstick on it (see attached picture). Lastly and this had to have been the worst bit of the evening. A private event had been booked from 19:30 onwards. This is completely fine and we would've been more than happy to leave the venue if this was relayed to us in a timely manner allowing us to consume our beverages without rushing. However, 2 minutes to the time the private event was to begin, the bartender approached our table and said "Excuse me, but you have to leave." And walked off without any explanation. We felt like we had done something wrong to be spoken to like this. We felt ashamed. It was only when one of the waitresses had come a few minutes later and explained what was happening that we understood we weren't being thrown out. Manners, good communication skills and respect go a long way in the hospitality industry. I hope that this was an "off" day and the staff of this establishment do not treat other customers like this in the future.

We had our wedding reception at Oh Me Oh My in late April 2019 and were impressed with the whole experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. Danielle was our coordinator and was nothing but helpful in the run up to the wedding; we had no idea what we were doing most of the time, and she patiently guided us through. We attended one of the tasting evenings and despite being so impressed with the venue itself the food served at the tasting could have been better. We were apprehensive about this but proceeded with our booking as we loved the venue so much. Despite our concern the food on the day was delicious and all our guests commented on the quality and quantity on offer. We went for the afternoon tea option and it was amazing; we couldn’t believe how much food there was! We had booked the roof terrace but unfortunately due to Storm Hannah, our guests were unable to make use of it for safety reasons. However, we were allowed up temporarily with our photographer to get some epic moody shots with the Liver building in the background – it’s a must! We chose to do our own decoration and delivered everything the day before. The team at Oh Me Oh My dressed the venue for us and we had so many people commenting on how amazing the space looked. It was really nice to arrive on the day and instantly feel like everything was under control, even when things were running late (due to a hilarious mix up with our wedding bus). The team did a fantastic job and the space looked exactly how we had imagined. The venue played a huge part in the success of our day and the amount of our guests who are still talking about your venue is testament to that. You made our wedding day such a happy, memorable occasion for us and we can’t thank you enough. We would like to wish the team every success for the future.

It's hard for me to put into words how important OH ME OH MY has been to me as a Liverpool wedding photographer who specialises in city wedding photography. If it wasn't for the amazing organisers at OH ME OH MY back in 2014, adding me to their referral list and inviting me to exhibit at their open days, I I don't think I would have booked out my first year of wedding photography. And every year after that I have been back to OH ME OH MY multiple times. I was even the first photographer to shoot couple portraits on the roof terrace before it was even renovated, which felt like such a huge honour! I love the big windows that overlook the Three Graces, the endless choice of locations to take photos of my couples in the streets surrounding the venue, and the amazing food that is served there, but it's the staff who work there that make the biggest difference for me as a wedding supplier. I've always had all of my needs met, whether it's the staff fiddling with the venue lighting to get it "just right" in the evening, to greeting me warmly when I arrive and helping me store my equipment safely, to never forgetting to feed me when I'm hidden away on the mezzanine during the wedding breakfast (oh and always getting a free much needed coffee when I'm flagging). Weddings can be long and tiring days for a photographer, so all of these things make such a big difference to how I do my job. I always always ALWAYS look forward to shooting at OH ME OH MY.

Wow we’re do we start, what a fantastic wedding day we had at oh me oh my. We were originally planned to have our wedding on the 15th August 2020, due to covid it had to be postponed. Danielle worked with us to move the date to the following year as close to our previous chosen date. We can’t thank you Danielle enough for all her support and great planning for our special day in the uncertain time of covid. We had our amazing day on the 14th August 2021 with all covid restrictions lifted it was a true blessing. Highly recommend the sharing platters for food You will get to have an evening of food tasting and you won’t be disappointed with the high quality of the food and the portions. Our day started wit drinks on arrival which was timed perfect for our guest. Followed by our meal we had the sharing platter Greek mezze and the ploughman’s lunch which was delicious all our guests commented. Followed by the morrocan lamb and belly pork and apple compote. Vegetables and dripping potatoes both absolutely beautiful. Followed by desert new your cheesecake and pavlova Both yummy, by this point all our guest were completely full. We’re hired the roof terrace which is a must the views are phenomenal. Both Danielle and the staff worked effortlessly all day to make sure myself and Scott and our guest were looked after. The team were amazing and we can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for our special day. It was a real wow moment when we walked into oh me oh my, the team dressed the venue perfect just how we imagined, along with our amazing florist your flower company. The team worked with our DJ and sax and let off confetti cannons to our favourite song which was timed perfectly. Danielle was amazing on the day with all the timings than ran smoothly can’t thank you enough for all your help. You truly our fabulous at your job. Any couples looking for the perfect venue then oh me oh my is...
