One Fine Day & Little Leaf — Restaurant in Liverpool

We had our wedding reception at One Fine Day (September 2023), and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. Right from the beginning, Charlotte was amazing, she made us feel so special, and that nothing was too big of an ask. Every last detail was so carefully co-ordinated and handled with the highest care. The venue itself is stunning, with its huge space still feeling intimate, but the big selling point of the venue for us, was always Charlotte. We couldn't have asked for a better co-ordinator to handle our wedding reception, and we couldn't recommend her any higher. Thank you for everything.

Jack was also incredible and took over everything for the evening. He always made sure to find me and my husband, making sure we enough to eat and drink, checking if there were any guest requests, and just being an all round constant joy throughout the night. The entire team that were on during our evening reception went above and beyond for all of our guests, and we were incredibly lucky to have he entire team as part of our big day. All the guests commented on how lovely the staff were too which was so nice.

The food was amazing, better than we could have hoped for, and the portions were huge! Me and my husband are still thinking about the braised beef, and so many guests want the recipe for the tomato and red pepper soup!

We had our wedding reception at One Fine Day last Friday and we could not have been more happy with how the day went! We booked the venue back in December 2023 and immediately fell in love with the tall pillars, large disco ball and chicness of the venue. From then on, it's been an absolute pleasure to work with Rinah and she truly went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I had the best day possible. The team were fantastic in helping set up the venue, provide drinks and all the food on time and the food itself was the best wedding food we've ever had. Our guests were seriously impressed and were still going on about the lamb a few days afterwards.

We cannot thank Rinah and the One Fine Day team for making our dream wedding become a reality. We felt at ease throughout the day and it all went like clockwork. It was great to have our drinks reception and canapes in Little Leaf as it's such a beautiful space and as the sun was shining, our guests could enjoy a glass of prosecco outside! We had our photos down the cobbled street which added a really cool touch and we partied until 1am on the dancefloor under the disco ball. No doubt we'll be back at One Fine Day in the near future and would recommend to anyone for a wedding venue or just general event...

As a modern wedding photographer who LOVES shooting city weddings, One Fine Day is one of my fave venues in Liverpool to work at. I'm also fascinated with history, so getting to work in a Grade II listed building that was once the famous Cotton Exchange & Registry Hall is a bonus. The main events space has retained a lot of it's original features, including the large marble pillars. It's an amazing place to hold a wedding with Little Leaf, the cafe at the front being able to host the welcome drinks before entering the main room. The streets surrounding the venue in the financial district is one of the oldest parts of Liverpool, with Exchange Square, Water Street and Dale Street round the corner, which makes a beautiful backdrop for modern style city portraits. The Town Hall and St Nicks are only a short walk away for either registry or religious ceremonies, and only down the road from St Georges Hall.
