I first started going to Parliament Coffee because I'm a big believer in supporting local businesses right here in the neighbourhood. What began as supporting local quickly turned into discovering an absolute gem...

The more time I spend there, the more it feels like home. The staff and owners are incredibly welcoming and genuinely take the time to chat and ask about your day. It’s clear they see this coffee shop as more than just a business; they are truly building something special within the community...

The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and the music is always just right. On top of that, they serve genuinely amazing coffee and have a selection of food and cakes that are absolutely delicious. And you know what? The prices offer fantastic value for the quality...

They also have a great loyalty scheme, and it's brilliant how they make an effort to remember their regular customers by name – it makes such a difference and really shows they care. Plus, you get to enjoy one of the best views of the cathedral while you're there!...

Whether you need a quiet corner to work or study with their super-fast WiFi, or you're in the mood for a friendly chat, Parliament Coffee is the perfect spot. You really do feel like you can walk in as a stranger and leave feeling like part of the furniture...

To the team at Parliament Coffee – thank you. This feels like more than just a brand; it's a true community hub. It's a fantastic business that really focuses on building connections and getting to know the people in the local area. Highly...

The coffee served here is quite good, striking the right balance in flavor and aroma. It’s definitely a highlight for any coffee enthusiast. Additionally, the food menu impresses with its robust variety, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences.

A suggestion for further enhancing the customer experience is the addition of a wall bar or bar counter. This would be particularly appealing for solo visitors seeking a spot to work or study. Including power outlets in this area would make it a convenient choice for those working from home or anyone needing a refreshing change of environment during the week. This could also attract more mid-week patrons looking for a place that supports productivity in a comfortable setting.

Overall, the atmosphere of the coffee shop is welcoming and cozy, contributing to its charm as an independent establishment. It’s a great place to visit, whether for a casual coffee break or a more extended stay to enjoy the food...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow.

I’ve just had the PSC House Breakfast at Parliament Sq. and honestly, it’s one of the best Full English breakfasts I’ve ever had. Perfectly smoked bacon, two juicy Cumberland sausages, poached eggs done to perfection, house beans (yum), toasted tomato and mushrooms, all served on a slice of crisp sourdough.

From the moment it landed on the table, I knew it was special. It’s a classic breakfast that’s clearly been refined and cared for; hearty, balanced and full of flavour. The portion is generous without being over the top, and everything tastes freshly prepared. You can tell they take real pride in what they serve.

It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite. A perfect start to the day. Plus my coffee was perfection in a cup! Thank you PSq! Can’t wait to come back and see what else is on the menu.

10/10 — a proper breakfast for champions! Or Rockstars on hangovers!...

We came to this lovely spot specifically for breakfast, and I chose it because I was eager for a good matcha latte. The location is quite convenient, right on the roadside, and we were thrilled to find free, time-limited parking nearby, which made arriving by car stress-free. Inside, the café is wonderfully comfortable with plenty of seating. The atmosphere was enhanced by background music that was soft enough to allow for easy conversation—a definite plus. We ordered the vegetarian breakfast, a matcha latte, and a mocha. While the drinks were very competitively priced, I found the food to be a bit expensive compared to the portion size we received. Despite that, the taste was fantastic; I genuinely enjoyed everything. The matcha latte was a particular highlight, as it was impressively strong. The service was excellent overall, and all the staff members were friendly. This is a great place for a relaxed morning meal.

I ordered the House Breakfast with a latte, to say I was amazed at how tasty it was would be an understatement! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Liverpool. The location is by the Baltic market. We walked in mid morning without a booking (group of 7) and were seated instantly, it did however get packed soon after we arrived. We ordered different menu items and loved it all. The latte was very smooth.
