Really bad experience, we got today the 10K steps the famous promotion and what a rip-off. With the promotion you can get their house gin completely free and they add you without any suggestion another Gim cup without your consent. Imagin the situation, on the table with 2 drinks and of course you have to pay the price for that, when with only one is enough. Very disappointed with the waitress, she ripped us off and now I have to drink two cup when I was looking for one cup. So my piece of advice is that be careful with the promotion. What a shame because the place is wonderful. With this kind of professional the experience is not the same in the restaurants. In this kind of business, cheating is not the best alternative

Very cool place to hang out on a nice day and listen to some music. Only one kind of beer served and that’s in a can and very limited wine selection. Yes I know it’s for gin lovers but a group of five will always want a mix of drinks. It wouldn’t be too much trouble for them to put a few more beers in the coolers and give the customers a better range to choose from. I paid £19 for two small cans of cider not served with glasses or ice , a small can of beer and a red wine . Again yes it’s fun and trendy and if that’s your thing you’ll love paying over the odds for drinks and relaxing here .

Lovely open air sunny spot with laid back friendly vibes. Loads of delicious gin cocktail options including slush, and there's some lovely looking pizza and sides for scran to accompany the beverages. Get down there on a sunny day and soak, up some sunshine and summer vibes 😎 Update: the strawberry and pineapple gin slushes are both lovely and pizza is 👌🏼deffo a regular summer hangout

I recently visited the Botanical Gardens bar and had a fantastic evening, thanks in no small part to the wonderful staff, Laura and Sam. The bar itself is a hidden gem, offering a serene, botanical-themed atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The decor is a perfect blend of nature and modern design, with plenty of greenery that really lives up to the name.

Laura and Sam were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the night. Laura, with her extensive knowledge of the drinks menu, helped us choose some outstanding cocktails, each crafted with care and creativity. A beautiful new drink which we all tried. The Botanical Gardens’ signature drinks, infused with fresh herbs and unique flavours, were a highlight. They were, mixing up cocktails with flair and always ready with a recommendation or a quick chat.

What really stood out was the personalised service. Laura and Sam took the time to engage with each guest, making sure everyone felt looked after. It’s rare to find a bar where the staff contribute so much to the overall experience, but at Botanical Gardens, Laura and Sam do just that.

Overall, if you’re looking for a bar with a great atmosphere, exceptional drinks, and staff who truly care about your experience, Botanical Gardens is a must-visit. Laura and Sam have set a high standard for hospitality, and I’ll definitely...

The venue is edgy and I guess maybe that is what you're paying for. All the gin cocktails are ÂŁ7 and if you don't want cocktails you are forced to pay either ÂŁ4 for a beer in a 330ml can or ÂŁ4.50 for "gin in a tin" which is the closest thing you will get to a soft drink and is a carbonated gin and grapefruit mixture in a can. It is refreshing but sometimes you just want a lemonade or a coke, unfortunately not an option here. The food is limited but nice. There is basically one sandwich on the menu which also comes in a vegetarian form, sweet potato chips, some cuban style crisps and cuban doughnuts. The wait time for a sandwich is longer than you'd expect. If you wanted to come here for something to eat and a few drinks you're best bringing about...

food was really unorganised no starters despite having paid for them offered fries instead despite having already paid for said fries just awful

was at a private party but people kept coming in to use the bar to try and avoid the main queues

toilets absolutely stunk of stale piss

had a really hipster vibe to it which basically means they've never seen furniture polish or a vacuum in their life my phone fell down one of the sofa cushions had to remove them to look found like a years worth of muck under them

homophobic bouncer guy

only plus was the cute guy behind the bar even if he was wearing jogging shorts and a tshirt that looked a bit too small

all in all cute "aesthetic" but needs a clean and to hire more...
