I was shopping with my friends today and when I got tired, I came to this restaurant to eat. I had eaten at a restaurant in Shaanxi before, and my friend also ate at their restaurant in Oxford. We all remembered that it was very delicious, so we hit it off and came here! Itā€™s really super authentic and every dish is delicious! And it's right in Holborn, very close to UCL and LSE!

šŸ²Water basin mutton, I suddenly thought of it recently, and I want to eat something hot! Here comes a portion of mutton, as well as a steamed bun and spicy cabbage. You can also choose cold shredded potatoes ~ the mutton has no smell, is very fragrant and delicious! The soup is also so fresh!

šŸ²Roujiamo, so delicious! The crust is so crispy! The meat inside is super.Take one bite and two mouthfuls will burst out in your mouth! !

šŸ²Sauerkraut fish, we chose the one with rice noodles ~ itā€™s also delicious! The fish meat is very tender and the overall texture is very strong! The rice noodles inside are thick and delicious!

Really average experience. Ordered the brisket beef noodle soup with a Taiwanese sausage Ā£12.80 + Ā£3.80. The QR code on table takes you to an unsecured website with menu. Tried ordering but checkout did not calculate the total so had to manually order with waitress. Soup was piping hot and beef was tender. Noodles were very good. Cross between Ramen macaroni and spaghetti texture. Chilli oil on table was not so good. Had better at Yeye's. Soup was salty and had no aromatics. Was like marmite water. Taiwanese sausage x1 for Ā£3.80 is very expensive imo. You can taste the cured meat inside just like a lap Chong. 2.5' long. Nothing special. Go if the other restaurants on the same...
