Now here's a little gem of a place worth visiting, with its tasty ham and cheese sharing platter (which I didn't share!) and a magnificent selection of wines to pair. However, it was the outstanding service that I received from the genuinely caring and attentive Max that really made my evening here. He is a real asset to Amelie's Wine House and I hope that the management will find itself in a position to pass on my gratitude to him. Amelie's Wine House is an amazing place if you love wine or simply want to enjoy a pleasant time in a cozy atmosphere. The wine selection is excellent, with options for all tastes, from classic choices to lesser-known but surprising labels.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. Plus, the appetizers and pairings are delicious (the cheese platter and the cherry tomato bruschetta is absolutely spectacular!). A very pleasant wine bar and one I’d recommend and would return to. There’s only three tables outside, but the road is relatively quiet so if you manage to secure one in the late afternoon sun it’s a great spot to relax and watch the world go by.

The staff aren’t the most proactive when you’re sat outside, but when they are serving they’re friendly and quick. The menu has a nice range of wines without being overbearing and the food on offer compliments the options well.
