Very sad experience overall. I love bagels. Entered d this shop around 6pm with the joy of beautiful interiors and I ordered a plain bagel with some chicken filling to try for the first time. However I was very disappointed by two workers on the shifts. I noticed that I have not my bagel ready whilst 5 people ahead of me got their bagles. I went to the pick up desk to ask if my bagel is ready. I simply asked is my bagel ready ? Or not yet? And a server there ignored me. And the other server completely got confused with what was happened and seemed like they were not making one or they were about to make mine because they realised there was a mistake. I mean, everyone makes mistakes. Servers are human however I also feel that it would have been nice not to be completely ignored in asking basic questions like if the food is ready. They said no words to me on whats happened or apology and i got the feelinf that i should leave the shop quickly as possibke. Did not feel welcomed anymore since they only said here, your bagel. So I got the bagel. I thought, 'okay forget about the bad feelings.. let's try the bagel I wanted to have!' But sooner or later , again! I found my bagel was not plain bagel ( I ordered plain bagel with chicken filling as I mentioned above) I saw sesame. This was the moment I thought ok.. after all the waiting and patience this is what I get? So I was hugely let down by quailty of service. I tried speaking to the server but server just looked at me and said nothing . Really no words. .. so felt ignored again. Not once of apologies .. :( came out with bunch of disappointment whilst I entered with happiness and joy. Very very sad experience.

I was able to get refund because I could not eat sesame bagel. For those who cannot have certain ingredients this would have been a critical issue :* hope it does not happen again. Again, during the refund process, I saw the server just threw tosedthe bagel to bin near the till. Got the feeling that I have done something wrong when I didn't.

So overall, the experience at b bagel at Tottenham Court road was disappointing . The experience at this branch will be remembered as terrible for me however hopefully I wish to try nice plain stuffed bagels at other branches...

A great bagel! Would go again if I wanted a bagel. Maybe I just didn’t try the very right one for me, I had the tuna melt bagel, which I thought was a little bit too mushy, and it had a little bit too much cheese on it. It was good but not ideal, the tuna mix had good flavours and I appreciate the veggies, but I wish it was a little bit more mayonnaise-y. Not something I would necessarily crave again.

I tried the Reuben from my boyfriend and I liked it quite a bit more than my own. Good balance of saltiness and sauciness and crisp! The bagels were quite filling too, I like that a lot.

But honestly, the real star of the show (and please excuse my gross bite-marked picture) was the gluten-free brownie. Maybe not the most appealing, but I am on a hunt for the ideal cakey brownie, and this was up there. Super thick, cakey and soft and dark, wow! I wish it was a little bit more like dark chocolate but I am so happy with this discovery. Thank you B Bagel!!!!!

As for atmosphere, it’s a little weird, it feels somewhat grimey in a 2010s-way. I also had to ask for someone to unlock the bathroom for me because there was none available for the public? Just not the freshest vibe I suppose. But we got takeaway so it’s fine. Also sidenote, I like the drinks selection, a good variety of...

Stopped by B Bagel this afternoon. The entire menu looked delicious but I decided to get the Shawarma Bagel and a Green Super Shake. There were some tasty looking Cannoli next to the till and I decided to get one.

I mentioned to Fra (the gentleman at the till) that it was my first time there and he very kindly gave me one of each flavour, telling me to try them all and let him know next time which my favourite was (tricky choice as they were all really nice but I think I'd plump for the salted caramel.) I tried to pay for them but he wouldn't let me.

In fact his entire customer service was one of the best I've ever experienced. I wish everywhere had service like this. Thank you so much Fra.

I expect the rest of the staff are pretty great too if the speed with which my bagel and smoothie were made was anything to go by. Did't have to wait long at all.

If I wasn't already tempted to return to try out the other bagels there, I'll be sure to go back next time I'm in the area just for the awesome customer service. Highly recommended...

Now, if you'll excuse me, I've rather stupidly just eaten three extremely sweet (but yummy) cannoli in one sitting and I think I need to go have a lie down and think about my...

- smoked salmon and cream cheese £5.50 (+ 10p for everything bagel, +50p for chive and garlic cream cheese) one of the best places to go to for a quick, affordable but delicious lunch (or snack) in central london! because of this, it does get busy during peak hours and there is typically a line however it is fast-moving - i visited around 1pm on a tuesday and waited 10 minutes in total. they offer a huge range of not only bagels, but also other baked goods and cream cheese flavours (halal and vegan options available too). although i did have to pay extra for changing the cc and bagel (which i’ve not had to at other places), it was still decently priced and they offer 10% student discount! the bagel was on the thinner side but on a whole was very tasty and well-filled. i don’t think the chive and garlic cc stood out a lot but i highly recommend getting the everything bagel because that really elevated the flavours and texture. the service here is especially amazing - super quick and efficient but also friendly! special mention to claudia :)

I love B bagel. My favourite!! I have known and loved B Bagel Soho for years but only today I found this one! And it's great too!! As a vegetarian I feel that I have lots of options (the Sabich is one ofy favourites), the fresh juice is always delicious... The breakfast deal with the free coffee is a dream 🤩 They have such a big diversity of fresh salads, pastries, bagels to buy home, challa bread (and also sweet challa breads in the weekends.. yum!) and with stamps when you buy you can get free bagel & coffee.. what's not to like?? You also have a sitting area inside outside and inside. I admit that B bagel is my breakfast spot *every single morning* when I'm in London. So, see you soon :) Also the bagel was so good I forgot to take a picture of it 😂🫣
