I was a blind man. I was from birth. I had never seen anything in my life i lived in total darkness. I had to walk around with a guide dog. One day i was taking my dog for a walk. And my dog pulled me into this bagel shop. I apologised to the owner. He said it was okay to me and his warm comforting voice. He asked "are you blind my child". I replied yes. I heard his footsteps going away from me. He came back and handed me one of his everything bagels. He whispered into my ear "eat this my son". I took the bagle and i took one bite. Suddenly i could see light. I recoiled. my eyes fluttered. I took off my glasses. Everything was so bright and i had to take a minute to let my eyes adjust. When i could finally see the man. Read moreI ordered a breakfast bacon, egg and cheese bagel for delivery. It was average. I didn't select the egg to be well done, but unfortunately the yolk was solid. Overdone and a bit tasteless.
The bacon was thick with chunks of uncooked gooey fat - not ideal for a bagel in my opinion.
