If I could give this place zero stars I would. We popped in for some lunch on a Saturday afternoon and ordered 2 x ceasar salads and a chicken Asian slaw wrap. When the salads came they had no ceasar dressing and the portion looked like a side salad (pic attached - they were £10each!) and the wrap was literally leaking out purple slaw sauce as if it had been watered down, it fell apart and was impossible to eat. The staff member told us there was no ceasar dressing so we asked for a refund. The manager came over and said that there was dressing and eventually agreed to give a refund for the salads however, she refused to refund the wrap and said that was how it should look. I handed it back to her and asked her to go and take a look out the back to see if she felt it was acceptable and she didn't return. We drank our drinks, left most of the food on the table and left.

My friend Jackie and I had a lovely day out in Greenwich yesterday and on our way back to the station, we decided "one for the road" was in order. Luckily for us, we happened to arrive during HAPPY HOUR and with 2 for 1 Cocktails 🄳 so "one for the road" turned into 4 each! šŸ˜‚ I ordered a Pina Colada and tried a Sugar Mama for the first time... both very delicious, refreshing and summery despite it being grey and dismal outside. Took me back to my younger years and holidays long gone. If you're a fan of BEER PONG too, this is the place to go. They'll provide you with all the things you need and a pitcher of beer for Ā£15. Fabulous decor (especially for music fans) and really friendly staff, we sadly had to leave just as OPEN MIC NIGHT began, what we saw though before we left was amazing. Will definitely be heading to Belushi's again next time we go to Greenwich.

I don’t know who they think they are fooling but when customers ask for ā€œgin & tonicā€ you don’t charge them for the most expensive one, not without specifying. When I asked why we were given Hendricks without asking us first instead of Gordon’s or tanqueray which are much cheaper, black long hair lady at the bar responded to my enquires like I was being annoying. I’m way more annoyed.

Awful - the security guards are so rude. Have been to many places, but the bouncers here were the rudest by far. I used to enjoy going to the London Bridge branch for sports events, as they have a lot of screens and a good atmosphere. I tried the Greenwich branch but the experience was really bad.

I paid a 10 pound deposit per person to book a table for a football match (although realised upon arriving that this was unnecessary - the place was empty). I arrived slightly late and was expecting a smooth entry, especially as I had paid a deposit. But the bouncer there was intent on giving me a hard time, for no explicable reason. He wanted to know where the other guests were; I was the first one to arrive and the others would come even later. He wasn't prepared to let me in, until all 4 of us were present.

I found this infuriating. It's inexplicable why he was being so fussy, and when you pay a deposit to book a table, you expect particularly good customer service, a warm welcome. But this guy was just being really rude. He just seemed obnoxious, I observed another incident where a guest had left the bar for a smoke then tried to re-enter. The security guard didn't like something that the lady was doing and, although he might have doing his job by enforcing any rules, the manner in which he was doing it that was appalling. He started speaking really rudely and aggressively to the lady, and once the issue was resolved and the lady entered, he swore at her under his breath!

I was disgusted and would certainly have left to another bar, had it not been for the fact that I had paid a deposit. After a few minutes, one of the friendly bar ladies came out to greet us and resolved the impasse, ushering us in. Once inside, things settled down.

However, upon leaving, we again encountered a (different) rude bouncer. We hadn't realised that there were separate exit door, so tried to exit through the entry door. When almost out, a guard appeared and started disrespectfully telling us to go back and exit through the other door! One of the guests had pretty much exited the bar, but he still asked her to head back in and exit through the common door, which didn't make sense. Once again, the guard might have been doing his job, but the manner in which he did it and the rudeness he displayed was atrocious.

All in all, the guards were just really unpleasant: rude, obnoxious and on a power trip. We should have had a good evening, but were so put off by the guards. So I wouldn't recommend...

Awful! AVOID!! Would give 0 if I could, me and a friend fancied a few beers in Greenwich somewhere local for us, finished our first beer of the night at the Gypsy Moth and made our way over to Belushis just before 1am (early hrs of 18.9.16) just because it was open later than anywhere else we could find, as we approached the door there were 3 bouncers on the door and said sorry you cant come in we've reached full capicity it wasn't overly busy, 2 people then came out so I said can we go in now, he said no, i said why not he said they have come out to smoke, so we waited a few mins, and seen about 5/6 people leave the place, so I went back to the door and said very calmly, could we come in now, he replied no, at this point i was very confused as the excuse he made about not letting us in was due to full capacity, 6 people left and there were 2 of us (completely sober!) so he wasn't making sense! He then said listen we are not letting you in i said why not? It is 1am and u close at 2am, and 6 people have just left! He said for f* sake you're really p* me off now just go! I said pfft you are not making any sense at all, what a joke and walked off and went home! We hadn't done anything at all to wind them up I just asked a logical straightforward question and get the abuse... Disgusting behaviour I would never speak to my customers like that ever! He needs to work on his people skills! Would NEVER come here again and I WOULD STRONGLY recommend anyone not to come here, there are plenty of other better and nice places in greenwich to go, as said earlier we only came here because it was open late and we didn't want to go into central. AVOID...

If Google allowed reviewers to give zero stars, then I'd give Belushi's Greenwich zero stars.

Yesterday I made an online reservation for a table to watch the Arsenal vs Man Utd game, in which I was forced to pay a £10 deposit.

Upon arrival, I initially wasn't even signed in, therefore Belushi would have not been able to confirm my attendance. However, I used my initiative to make sure I was signed in because I wasn't going to let Belushi rob me of the deposit.

What's even more comical, is that I wasn't reserved a table, therefore I literally had the option to pick any free table. This was only possible because I came an hour before the Man Utd game started, who knows what would've happened, had I arrived at Belushi's closer to the kick-off time, when it had got really busy.

To summarise, my experience at Belushi's Greenwich was awful, and I had my £10 deposit robbed, despite attending my reservation.

In the modern-day age, in which customers can leave online reviews, why would any sane business risk delivering such poor customer service? Congrats on robbing me off the £10 deposit, in return this review will rob you of god knows how much future revenue.

I very rarely have to write negative reviews, but this one I am afraid was very...
