I recently had the pleasure of trying a waffle and iced latte made by Aditi, and both were absolutely spot on! The waffle was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. It was clear that care and attention went into making it.

The iced latte was equally impressive. Smooth, well-balanced, and refreshing, with a rich coffee flavour that wasn’t overpowered by milk or sweetness. Aditi clearly knows how to get the balance just right.

Black Sheep makes Starbucks, Costa Coffee and Nero taste pedestrian. The coffee and tea options including matcha come at a slight premium (£4.05 for a large Cappuchino) but you can taste the difference. Their filtered coffee is tasty and delivered on the spot as it is brewed in the A.M. This Black Sheep location is roomy and large with street level and building access.
