Went there on the 6th of May at 11:30. They don’t fill it to the top, and when I asked they denied my request and replied with stupid arguments like “it’s because YOU said less ice”. Excuse me? Do I pay for the ice? That’s the first time I heard this. It’s personal preference and shouldn’t be used for justifying filling it to 3/4 when I ordered a large + as you can see there’s still a lot of ice in there and when I finished ~ 6 big ice cubes. Horrible customer service. Used to be a regular but that was the last time I went there

Walked to the front register, got ignored for several minutes, the workers split some matcha over the counter. Then they split more matcha with some getting on me, ruining my clothes. No apologies, no acknowledgement of anything. Left immediately after that without ordering anything. Highly skeptical of their drinks though, matcha is stored in ketchup dispenser bottles, and looks like they mostly use syrups. Some of their drinks might be ok, especially if you like sweet drinks, but service at this location needs some work.

I tried Blueberry Macha Iced Latte. Barista took an order with a smile and even gave a suggestion on which one to select as there are 2 versions (iced/ hot) I liked the colour gradient of the latte. Though it was little sweet for me, but okay I expected it like that. It's a small place to be fair and got quite busy just a minute after we got in. I saw some people working from laptops as well. Overall there was lot of chatter. Has a disabled toilet access for customers.

Yesterday, I visited Blank Street, and I was amazed to see a long line outside the shop. Despite the wait, I was warmly welcomed by two incredible barristers named Nawal and Judi. They both exuded a bubbly and charismatic energy that instantly made me feel at ease.

Judi, with her friendly smile and welcoming demeanor, immediately greeted us and made us feel like old friends. Her genuine warmth and attentiveness almost made me forget how long I had been waiting in line. She efficiently took our orders, ensuring everything was perfect, and her positive attitude transformed what could have been a mundane wait into a delightful experience.

Meanwhile, Nawal was busy behind the counter, expertly preparing our drinks. Despite how hectic things were, she still found the time to engage in a friendly conversation with us, making us feel valued and appreciated. Her professionalism combined with her warm personality truly stood out.

The atmosphere created by both Nawal and Judi was lively and inviting, making the entire visit enjoyable. Their excellent customer service, bubbly personalities, and genuine care left a lasting impression. It’s rare to encounter such passionate and charismatic staff, and it truly made my day brighter. I look forward to returning and experiencing their wonderful...

Exercise Caution! Phone was stolen by woman who apparently comes in regularly to this location to steal phones/wallets/etc.

Basically, my friend's phone was stolen, and despite informing the staff, they failed to take any preventative action or assist us promptly. Shocked, we noticed immediately and first approached the baristas to inform them of the situation. Their response was both alarming and disheartening - they admitted that they were aware of the individual responsible, said she did this regularly, and said they would have said something if they noticed (we were seated right in front of the counter, and there were no other customers/no line at all)

We requested access to CCTV footage to identify the culprit, but the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, citing bureaucratic hurdles. It took persistent effort and wasted time to obtain a card for the security team apparently assigned to the street who said if we had called earlier it would have been a lot more helpful.

Overall, it felt kinda ridiculous and felt like this just happens all the time there so what's the big deal. Their lack of accountability and apathy for customer safety was disheartening. The coffee and whatever was very average, same as any other...

I've been a loyal customer of this coffee shop's Gloucester Road branch for quite some time, always enjoying their impeccable service and delicious oat flat whites. When I heard that a new branch was opening closer to me on Kings Road, I was eager to continue my coffee routine at the new location. However, my recent visit to the Kings Road branch left me thoroughly disappointed. I ordered my usual oat flat white to the girls, but the drink I received had regular milk instead of oat. As someone with lactose intolerance, this mistake had serious consequences, and I fell ill as a result. What was most disheartening about this experience was the contrast with the exceptional service I've always received from the guy at the Gloucester Road branch. The barista there know me by name and consistently provide outstanding service. The difference in experience between the two branches was stark, and regrettably, it has left me hesitant to return to the Kings...
