The sign on one side of station left out 24/7 yet they donā€™t open until 06:30, if youā€™re not open 24/7 donā€™t leave your sign out (without any opening times on it) 24/7! Greggs who opened at 06:00 got my business. Iā€™ve edited this post as I have read the response & feel It may have been a tad harsh. However nowhere on your sign or cafe does it show the opening hours. So if I see a sign on one side of the station advertising your business I expect to find the business providing what is on the sign as it doesnā€™t state ā€œopen 06:30-20:00ā€ anywhere. Perhaps as you have written you hope people can see this for what it is, you can take on board that it would be beneficial to advertise your opening hours on your available signs and buildings. A good place is ā€œServing Monmouth Coffee 06:30-20:00 etc. with of course the weekend times too. There is plenty of room to do this.

Jetlagged, we desperately needed a coffee on the first day of our recent visit to London. The Blues & Royals created a delightful cup. It quickly became our initial stop at the beginning of each day whilst in the city. The coffee never disappointed, and the conversation was always fun! I cannot recommend this spot enough. Wonā€™t be back. Horrible service, asked for an iced soya latte (my colleague confirmed they heard me ask for this) and he gave me a hot one. I said quite politely that I had actually ordered an ice one, and he was really patronising and said thatā€™s a different drink. Like yes, I get that itā€™s a different drink, thatā€™s why Iā€™m unhappy youā€™ve given me a steaming hot one!

We had a bit of a back and forth in which he refused to accept that I had ordered an iced one ā€œ100% you didnā€™t ask for thatā€, despite my colleague confirming they had heard me order it. My receipt even said iced latte šŸ¤£šŸ˜­

I left it because not worth the fight with an egotistical man and people were waiting to order....

The menu is fantastic, and the service is even better. They're friendly and quick. The stall is located directly in front of Embankment tube. The stall is filled with amusing/punny signage. I purchased the greatest orange juice in London. It was wonderful and refreshing. I believe it is reasonably priced given its central location, fresh ingredients and independence.
