Amorino Gelato - London Villiers — Restaurant in London

My first visit i felt very welcome. The server name is Mohsin. He served me was the only staff that I interacted with during my first time visit Amorino. I found him to be warm, friendly and paid me focused attention whilst serving. He smiled at me, and didn't rush me with my order but shop was very busy but staff handled it professionally. He was very nice, polite & gentle with my children. He also gave me a polite and friendly answer to my questions. The server was friendly and enthusiastic, explaining about milk shake. He helped me to choice the shake & waffle according to my taste. I tried the milk shake & waffle for the first time. Price is reasonable. The milk shake was very tasty,sweet & fresh. The waffle was perfect . Different taste but I enjoyed it. The atmosphere of the shop was very nice & friendly. Thanks for the excellent service & delicious food. Personally, I recommend Amorino. I work 2 minutes from Amotino Villiars Street, we came here very often for hot chocolate, tea, ice cream….. they have good products. However the costumer service is the worst I ever experienced in of the brand shops. Staff are super rude, they never say hello, back, when you great them, this is not one time thing. Today it was not busy we ordered two hot chocolates. 15 minutes later I asked the guy behind the counter if everything was okay with my order as we have been waiting for 15 minutes, he replied yeah everything have to be done manually. When hot chocolate arrives we were missing biscuits. When I ask if they have any he NO WE don't. I do not expect service table, and I understand that everything has to be done manually. If you want an ice cream same as the photo then the terrible staff will tell you it’s impossible after she made a different one without “sorry”. actually it’s just the mistake? Then staff told us it’s impossible to make an ice cream flower same as advertising because the ice cream is too soft so she can’t have red petals outside… In our country, flowers with white petals outside are only for people already dead. So we feel very bad…

The owner of this shop can check my order and photo to identify how to train the staff to communicate with customers, or just remark in the shop that the photo is just photo…Not worth to walk long distance here because the staff confirmed the advertising is just...
