Thanks for the answer but you must have misunderstood who caused the mistake and how none of your colleagues dealt with it appropriately. The reason I post here is because you refused to engage in a solution driven manner after your team took away flowers I had bought. After selecting and paying over £80 for a couple of flowers, an employee took it away, claiming a mistake in pricing, and replaced it with another set of flowers without my consent (the same guy was also grumpy and ignored me for some time, while I was waiting to be served). This replacement bouquet was not what I had initially wanted. I said, fine but can you add a rose and this was outright refused in an unfriendly tone. The other colleague who allegedly did the mistake kept apologising, but as it is commonly known: It's not what you say, but how you say it. Your one colleague soured the mood and was completely unprofessional. I left angry but also had not the time to waste to argue over 15 pounds and unfriendly staff.
I am not here to undermine your business's long-standing reputation nor do I care for it particularly. Your staff did. The refusal to address and rectify a clear issue, does raise concerns about customer service. This incident, where my chosen and paid-for flowers were replaced without a proper resolution, reflects poorly on your company's commitment to cooperation and customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, the flowers I ended up with wilted within two days, which is unacceptable for the price paid. I could have easily purchased longer-lasting flowers from a supermarket for a fraction of the cost. (picture attached)
I hope this feedback prompts a reconsideration of how such situations are handled in the future to maintain the high standards you aspire...
Read more5/5 — Debby and Paul Deserve a Medal (and Possibly a Sitcom!) I don’t usually write reviews, but after what Debby and Paul pulled off, I feel morally obligated to tell the world. I came to them with what can only be described as the most bizarre request ever — the kind of thing that makes most people blink twice, look around for hidden cameras, and then slowly back away. Not these two. Oh no. Debby just smiled like she’s seen it all before (and probably has), while Paul was already sketching out a plan like he was in a spy movie. Long story short: not only did they make the impossible happen, they added extra sparkle, precision, and humor along the way. I asked for the moon — they threw in a few stars for free. Everything was done perfectly, on time, and with enough laughter to qualify as therapy. I’m convinced Debby could charm a brick wall into cooperation, and Paul? Let’s just say if MacGyver had a twin, it’s him. If you ever have a request that sounds like it came straight out of a dream (or a sitcom), these are your people. They don’t just go the extra mile — they build a highway to make sure you get there comfortably, with snacks. 10/10. Would absolutely trust them again with my next...
Read morePink Pansy made my graduation day very special and that is why I am writing this review.
I randomly stopped by Pink Pansy in May, two months before I need the flowers, and I was greeted very warmly. The Pink Pansy team took note of what I wanted and the purpose of my bouquet.
When I came to finally collect them, we made some revisions that were recommended, as the bouquet I requested was a bit colourless, so we added some colour.
I am thankful for coming across Pink Pansy as the bouquet was EXACTLY what I wanted for such a special occasion. The photo is below.
Thank you Pink Pansy for making my graduation so special! I will...
