The restaurant overall was a very nice experience. Its close proximity to Embankment station and Charing Cross National Rail is beneficial in terms of travelling to and from the restaurant. There is no queue, and you can find yourself a table and order food via a QR code. We ordered the Fish & Chips, the Karaage Chicken, Chicken Milanese, and the Garlic & Chilli King Prawns. All of the dishes were delicious and appealing to the eye. The sauces were ok, but the sauce that came with the king prawns was the best. During our visit, the atmosphere was alright, slightly ruined by the loud group sitting nearby. Very welcoming and inviting decor, which adds to the desire to dine here. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to others but be slightly cautious of your seating area to make the most out of coming to the restaurant.

Updated for Post lockdown visit - menu has been updated and now includes an interesting selection of gin and tonics. Food is good but there can be significant wait times, especially if you are sat further in on the ground floor where we were, but there was more light there! On balance it is good value for money but it would be better if service could be quicker, especially now when you don't want too many people hanging around just waiting to pay (we couldn't get the app to work). Original : feels dark as not alot of natural light. Well priced, good offers and relatively speedy service considering how busy they get. Good option for a few drinks after work near the station.

We were strolling down Villers street after enjoying our first visit to Trafalgar Square when my said said, “Hold on, I want to check this menu. They have calamari, let’s go in.” It was a great experience. First of all, Summer, who was working the bar, made us feel so very welcome. Second, the calamari was perfect. Light and crispy, it was delicious. Third, I ordered coffee with Bailey’s and Summer nailed it. I like a little coffee with my Bailey’s and that is what I got. I talked to the chef who was at the bar and he was super nice and friendly. I asked to borrow a pen and he said “Here you go, keep it.” The staff here are amazing. Highly recommend.

Chris provided exceptional service during our visit to All Bar One, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. His attentiveness and professionalism were evident as he served us food and drinks.

From the moment we were seated, Chris demonstrated a keen understanding of the menu, offering valuable recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. He was not only knowledgeable about the dishes and beverages but also accommodating to our preferences, ensuring our orders were tailored to our liking.

Throughout the meal, Chris displayed a remarkable attention to detail. He consistently checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed, and our glasses were never empty for long. His timing was impeccable, and he effortlessly managed the pacing of our courses, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

What truly stood out was Chris's genuine enthusiasm for his work. His friendly demeanor and warm smile made us feel welcome and appreciated as guests. He took the time to engage in pleasant conversation, adding a personal touch to the service that enhanced our dining experience.

Chris's impeccable service extended beyond just delivering our orders. He efficiently addressed any special requests and promptly resolved a minor issue we encountered, demonstrating his commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

In summary, Chris's service at All Bar One was nothing short of perfect. His knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine care for his guests made our visit exceptional. We left with a memorable dining experience, largely thanks to Chris's outstanding service. We will undoubtedly return to All Bar One, hoping to have the pleasure of being served by...

Booked a table for dinner but on arrival we were told there were no seats available. The place only had two couple dining. On pressing the waitress she went away and came back and said there was a table upstairs. We were the only customers upstairs. Ordering food took ages as things we ordered were apparently sold out as they were so busy?? The burgers were good, however the chips were cold and bordering on freezing. The steak was very well done when we ordered a medium. They took such a long time to make the drinks and to be honest the cocktails could have been better. The desserts we were told were available but on ordering my husbands caramel torte which was to be accompanied by a toffee sauce did not come with the sauce. When we questioned it the waitress said she does not think it come with sauce. I read out the description, she went away to check and on her return said that she was new and the chef has said it is a Christmas menu!! And she had brought a chocolate torte which does not come with a sauce but can be given with ice cream. Despite us being able to order individual desserts when we requested a sharing platter which are all the desserts but a smaller portion was unavailable. We go out a lot and spent a few hundred pounds there. We don’t appreciate being lied to and we had a really bad experience and spoilt...

We are regular users of All Bar One & have been to All Bar One Charing Cross on numerous occasions but our last visit may well be our last!!

Whilst ordering at the bar with an obviously new member of the All Bar One Charing Cross Team (Ali) she needed to seek the assistance with a colleague in putting our order through the till. The colleague, who we later learnt was the Manager (Sean) could truly do with his customer service skills being updated or even introduced!!

He was not very helpful to the new member of staff, did not even acknowledge us as the customers experiencing ordering issues via the bar team and when I asked if I could scan my loyalty card he dismissively said it had already been scanned - however, it hadn't and no loyalty stamp was received for our visit that evening.

Whilst appreciating that everyone may have a bad day. I believe it is very bad form for a Manager to display such bad behaviour especially when assisting a new member of the team who may in turn believe this treatment of customers is acceptable.

The food & drink were as good as ever. The atmosphere is always a bit hit and miss in this venue BUT our visit was truly marred by our interaction with Sean, the Manager of the evening. You should be ashamed of your rude behaviour towards...
