If you’re looking for an authentic Brick Lane Bagel experience without the hassle of parking at the original Brick Lane location, this is the place to go!

We ordered the Oak Smoked Salmon and their signature bagel with Chive Cream Cheese, and it did not disappoint. The bagels were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’d expect from a place with such a renowned reputation.

The hospitality and service, from ordering to enjoying your food, are top-notch. The staff are friendly, always smiling, and happy to answer any questions, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I had a brief chat with what seemed to be the owner or possibly the manager. Either way, he was a true gentleman, taking the time to explain their process and ensuring we were happy with everything. It was clear they care deeply about quality and customer experience.

Truly dire and an absolute rip off.

Don’t be distracted/fooled by the Brick Lane reference - the stale one I had was nothing like the actual Brick Lane bagels.

Oh and note to management - if you are going to charge £1 extra for a poppy seed bagel (which in itself is criminal) - do have the common decency to actually advertise that it is a paid extra on menus, and train your staff to advise customers that it is extra without just sticking an extra £1/12% tax on top of the bill. Really, really poor.

EDIT to provide additional response to my reply @ Vic (Store Manager) - there was NO sign present when I visited. The staff member serving me could not find it either and show me - hence flagging this in my review.

Amazing Bagels at Brick Lane Bagels, Westfield Stratford

I’ve walked past Brick Lane Bagels at Westfield Stratford many times, and today I finally decided to give them a try – and I’m so glad I did! Located on the basement level, this spot has its own seating area and offers excellent customer service with the authentic charm of the East End.

The menu is packed with variety, making it hard to choose, but I settled on the Sunset – a delicious combination of chicken, halloumi, lettuce, and chilli sauce. The bagels taste freshly baked, and the ingredients are incredibly flavorful. I went for the meal deal, which included a packet of crisps and a drink – great value for money. The portion was generous, and I couldn’t finish everything!
