BurgerNBiite Canary Wharf — Restaurant in London

I have a feeling most of the positive reviews are fake or payed. I was very skeptical and I tried the burgers and my fears have been confirmed. Very cheap ingredients: buns not toasted(cold), processed cheese slices(hard not melted properly),beef patties made of hard beef, overcooked, just a burger you would make at home but probably worse. The chicken burger was not actually fillet 100%breast but rather the frozen ones you find in the freezer section. To summarize, a burger place that looks interesting on the outside but when you try it, it looks like you make it at home, in a rush, with cheap beef and frozen chicken fillet. Not recommended at all. McDonald's is better but if you're hungry I guess it will do. Another note to consider, don't stay inside and wait for the burgers. The smoke and smell inside is unbelievable, you have to wash your clothes or you will smell. The place is not ventilated properly. I have no idea how they...

Absolutely disgraceful service. This place is a joke.

Every single time I’ve ordered from here, it’s the same nonsense: over an HOUR just to cook one basic burger meal. One burger. Not a party order. Just a burger and fries — and they still can’t get that right. They somehow manage to mess up the order every single time. Either the wrong burger, missing sides, or just stone cold food like it’s been sitting around since last week.

The food? Tastes and smells disgusting. The meat is dry, the buns are soggy, and the whole meal reeks like it came out of a dirty microwave. The atmosphere of the place itself smells just as bad — like old oil and stale food.

Avoid this place like the plague. It’s not worth the wait, not worth the money, and definitely not worth the stress. You’d be better off grabbing a sandwich from the petrol station....

I appreciate this is a small business but I think there is a lot of room for improvement. I don’t know why people have hyped this place on TikTok to this extent. I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately there were a couple of things that went wrong. The beef burgers were dry and tastes like curry. The kids meals burger and chips tasted stale and old, even the patty had no flavour didn’t taste fresh maybe from the freezer. It wasn’t edible. The price didn’t match the quality or quantity for the wings or anything else - it was very generic and not that flavourful. Same with the masala fries , i had high hopes for something easy to make but it didn’t taste as good as LoveSaffron or other places. The other reviews must be incentives or paid. I cant see how anything like this place could be near 5 stars. Not worth...
