Cafe 110 — Restaurant in London

My partner previously visited this newly-opened cafe and raved about the friendliness of the owners, and the good quality coffee and pastries. So he treated me to Sunday breakfast there.

I wasn't disappointed. The owners – Francesco and Nagla – remembered my partner and with that quintessential warmth that Italians are known for, welcomed me too. They have this same warm attitude with all their customers.

The variety of savoury food available for breakfast may be modest, but nonetheless delicious. We plumped for a ham & cheese calzone, a spinach and ricotta pastry, and 2 very generous flat whites.

Nice little touches go a long way to creating a welcoming atmosphere here such as the owners offering free dog biscuits to customers with dogs, recognising returning customers (not just my partner), and they have loyalty cards too (after 7 coffees, your 8th will be free).

I look forward to returning to try the sfogliatelle and the cream filled croissants.

A STAR IS BORN! I went into this coffee shop before moving into my new flat and I was left without words. This coffee shop is the definition of all the good things that Italy offers: delicious high quality food and drinks, heavenly coffee, stellar hospitality and the desire to go again.

Francesco and Nagla are amazing hosts that warm everyone with their smiles and hospitality and makes everyone feel welcome as soon as they enter. The coffee that is made in here is one of the best in this country, no exemption!

Along with savoury bites, amazing pastries and coffee, there is a wonderful assortment of fresh high quality homemade brands of pasta and Italian products that would make Waitrose make a run for its money.

Francesco always has everything for your catering needs to amaze your guests.

Francesco's Cafe 110 is the best coffee shop you will ever go to. Full stop. The coffee is unparalleled. You won't be able to drink coffee in other cafes when you have been here. Francesco is super friendly - he loves Italy and Italian food and makes time to discuss it (as long as the coffee queue allows!!). His specialist array of sandwiches, pasta dishes and pastries includes a personal favourite of mine - the pasticiotto - which is hard to find outside of Puglia and is delicious.
