Chealsons Coffee Bankside — Restaurant in London

Extremely unfortunate and rude proprietor. As we were walking by the Tate Modern we saw this gorgeous black cab turned into a mobile coffee shop which we thought was so cute and I took a photo (no person in the photo, just the car) as we approached to buy coffee. Then a man behind the counter started shouting in an aggressive tone accusing me of not asking him to take photos of the car! At that moment I thought what strange thing to be aggressive about and extremely rude way of greeting your customers. Needless to say we decided not to bring our custom here to this extremely rude person and walked away. Definitely not recommend this...

I really like the coffee stand. The ciggen stand is driven by two guys! There names are James and George. I think the service was great, but the best with this place was the guys! The guys were so kind and handsome. I feel overwhelmed when I think about these guys meanwhile I write this review. I love this guys! I feel I have found two new close friends. Chealsons coffee cab is a must-stop when you are in London. Not only is the coffee amazing - you can’t beat enjoying your beverage while staring at the Thames River and the city in the distance. The staff are super friendly and always strike up a nice conversation - which I appreciate. After doing a 6-week long trip throughout Europe - I had to bookend my trip with another visit to this place before heading back to the US. Thanks for the amazing coffee, Chealsons! I’ll be back next time...
