Firstly - the Irish guy behind the bar is the nicest guy, super friendly, works non stop and always smiling. He went on Saturday 8th so in case there’s more than one he’s great.

The reasons for zero stars is the revolting colleagues who stood behind the bar eating, coughing over customers food, stood by the pizza ovens on their phones not serving anyone whilst the Irish guy did everything. We watched them eating their crisps and not wash their hands or do anything…. The mice running around outside came from the fire exit and up standing barrel and ran wild all over there’s are holes everywhere . Needs serious proofing as they ran everywhere. I’d never eat a pizza that’s made behind a bar in full view of customers by someone with no apron , no gloves , no hair net whipping their nose with their hands…can’t imagine why anyone would eat this food. If you went to pizza express and watched them cook in their t shirt and jeans I doubt you’d buy.

The music was decent, Irish guy great but the other 3 who stood there doing zero the whole time we were there needs the sack. Perhaps they can catch the mice ? Oh, fix the air con before summer kicks in, was boiling inside so we had to hang to out with the mice....

I went there for a drink after a dinner, we had 1 pint of beer each and my friend went to order another one, turns up that they not only decided to close 5 min after we received our beer without notice, they also try to kick everyone out. The security was screaming to everyone: get out, get out instead of politely inform everyone they’ll be closing soon. Then a tall Waiter/Bartender came to me and said: I will count to ten and if your beer is not finished I’ll take it out of your hands. Which I already find very offensive and rude. So, he did count to ten and after I obviously did not finish a whole pint of beer in 10 seconds, he tried to grab my beer with an angry face. I understand frustration of a last customer and wanting to finish work as soon as possible as I’m myself working in management in hospitality department but I was not the only customer there as the place still looked pretty full and there is no excuse for rudeness and unprofessional and offensive behaviour. It’s a shame as I used to go there quite often in a past, the employees of this place changed and as I can imagine...

On a previous visit, a friend of mine was singled out and she felt this was due to race, I defended her however was then told to leave. I have been back since then and attended a drag show and had the best evening out I have had in a very long time.

However a few nights ago I popped through for a relaxing drink and yet again experienced the same disgusting behaviour from the same female door staff. This time, although just walking In i was told i was banned for life, when calmly asking why I was told loudly that it was because I thought she was racist and even started telling other customer that were smoking.

At the time I believed that there was a racist motive which the person involved believed it to be. After walking off, I would still hear her continuing to talk about me to other customers including that she 'knows where he works'

This behaviour is unacceptable from someone representing your bar which is a shame as my last visit was absolutely amazing, I was showing a new work colleague where the best...

City of Quebec in London is a lively bar with a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for casual drinks and social gatherings. It offers a solid selection of beers, wines, and cocktails at reasonable prices. The vibe is relaxed, with friendly staff and a diverse crowd. The bar often features live music, creating a fun and enjoyable environment to unwind after work or catch up with friends. Its central location adds to the convenience, attracting both locals and visitors. Overall, a dependable and pleasant spot for a laid-back night out.

Had a really good time at City of Quebec on my recent visit. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends or just winding down after a long day. The pub is spacious, with a decent layout — bar along one side, some comfy areas to sit, and a nice buzz without being overwhelming. Service was solid: friendly staff, generally attentive, and drinks arrived in good time. The food menu isn’t huge, but what they offer (especially the pizzas) reached expectation. It’s not gourmet, but satisfying.

The funny boys Drag show was a cheap quality, rip off show! First they made us sit in the corner from where we couldn't see. Then they kept asking us for money for every little thing including bingo and games that was supposed to be part of the ticket. The prosecco glass was a joke. Pizza was OK.. Not sure what we paid for. And besides the venue was a pub. My friends weren't happy or impressed either.. especially at the end after they ripped us off, they came begging us for tips. Don't waste your time here!
