So I walk in at 8:30 pm to collect an emergency prescription which got sent to them as they advertise as being open till 11:00pm. Pharmacy was closed at 7pm no way to know this untill you walk in and wait. Wanted to see if I couldn't get it dispensed can I get my prescription so I can go somewhere else. Fist staff person says you need a manager then carries on doing what he was doing. So I ask where Is the manager he said up stairs. After explaining the situation and stating that on line it doesn't state that Pharmacy closes at 7pm. explained it was important medication for my wife and they have the prescription the manager still did not apologize and insisted its does state 7pm. She was a small south asian manager with very poor English and terrible customer service skills... instead if saying how can I help she said what is it... lol Boots your standards in every department is so poor atm. Read moreI done my shop this morning around 9am. I am quite disappointed about the pricing in a Rimmel section. Most of the products that I was looking for did not had the price on it. I asked the lady that was working in a section to help me to find the price for it. Instead of helping me that lady asked me to go to the till everytime I needed to know the price. I was quite shoked that she did not offer her help to find the price instead. At the end of the day is not my job going to the till everytime I need to know a price if something and also it is illegal show all of this products without tickets. I wouldn't complain about it if she was a bit more helpful on customer service. I had to buy from another brand but I am not happy at all. I was lucky that the lady on till was instead very nice. Read moreTried to refund some shampoos and conditioners, but ridiculous assistant manager, Paul-Michael, said the volume was too high and there was 'a reason' why they wouldn't refund so many. After getting off the phone to customer service who initially said it was completely fine to refund in store, Paul-Michael tried to send us off to ship our order back to Royal Mail. Instead of lugging so many bottles back home, we asked to refund 4 bottles only and he was apparently 'putting his neck on the line' by doing this refund for us. I've never in my life heard of someone potentially losing their job over processing a perfectly justified refund. Completely ridiculous service and really bad attitude after a while, we will never be shopping at this particular store again.
