Let me start by saying that both me and my wife have been in the hospitality business for years in a Senior Managerial level. Therefore we tend to be picky when it comes to the quality of the products and the overall experience. I also never publish reviews unless something has gone really great or really wrong. First time we have tried Coco di Mama this morning. Very cool interiors and concept with the self service ordering system. Excellent coffee, good food and nice range. But what made it all a 5stars experience for me was the young lady of colour who handed me the coffees. She has only specified which coffee was which and wished me a good day, but the way she said it made the difference. Read moreI was roaming around St Paul, tasked with finding food for our group of tourists. After a poll, the conclusion was Italian. I must admit that was quite incongruous, I was expecting something like a fish and chips, but why not. So there was this shop named Coco Di Mama. It happens that my Mama is Italian so that was a match. The staff was lovely and the food actually good.
