Natural Kitchen — Restaurant in London

I went to the deli section to get a salad to take away and was met with a server who seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask what some of the salads were. I suggest that you label them as the place is very noisy.

My salad was then passed to the cashier, but the lid was not put on the pot for some reason, which is very unhygienic, especially as the cashier decided to scratch her face for a good 10 seconds while she decided what to charge me: £11.95 actually. It shouldn't have taken her that long because of how their pricing system is and she should have put the lid on immediately and not scratched her face over my food and used the same hand to put the lid on.

The lids are see through and plastic so there was no obvious reason to leave my food uncovered.

The salad itself was OK, but for the price, it wants be. I noted from another review that apparently the salads aren't labelled because they change and for allergen reasons. I do not recall the server asking if I had...

We went there for a team lunch. We were seated right on arrival. We all ordered drinks and food. The drinks came quickly. The food came after some waiting for all but three of us. The remaining three had to wait 15 minutes for their food. Not sure if it's because they cannot manage more than 6 people at a time, but that wasn't great. The food was ok, but I'm not sure why they call themselves "Natural". Plastic plants on the tables, plastic straws with the drinks, plastic everywhere... They are cashless, which wasn't a problem, but I don't think I'll go again, just on the principle that they seem too lazy to handle cash. Went in at 2.30pm with 2 families. The waitress on the computer (italian looking) with a shiny black jacket looked at us as if we weren't welcome. So when asked if everything was okay, answer given was "sorry but we close in an hour" as if we were not welcome. Was super surprised. Then during the meal (which was delicious!) Some guy with a beard came out the kitchen, sat on one of the tables and was on his phone for about 10 to 15minutes. I usually only give good reviews, few bad ones. As can be seen.
