We were under the impression that the bottomless was £25 inclusive of food - the website doesn’t make it clear enough that bottomless is in addition to the cost of food. Had I known, I would have booked another venue nearby which provides a 3 course meal inclusive of bottomless drinks for £35.

I noted on my 4.45pm booking that we were opting for bottomless, and I called ahead to provide final numbers of guests, to confirm that we were doing bottomless, and to check that there were non-alcoholic bottomless options. On arrival at Cocotte at 4.45pm, I was told that last time for bottomless was 4.30pm, and that they did not have the stock for bottomless. After complaining given the multiple notes/reminders we had given re doing bottomless, they agreed to do it. We didn’t get our first drink until 5.30pm. After 2 alcohol-free gin and tonics, my partner was told that there was NOT in fact any non-alcoholic bottomless options - again after complaining that I had been given a confirmation over the phone that these drinks would be included in the bottomless, they only charged him for his 3rd drink.

A few of us had the chicken burger which was very small, as was the portion of chips. The burger bun was also incredibly soggy underneath from the red cabbage.

We paid up but had to hang around for 15 minutes whilst the manager kept checking the receipts, at which point after everything I regretted paying the est. £60 service charge.

The only upside was a lovely waitress who made sure the drinks kept flowing for the 90 minutes. Otherwise incredibly disappointed with...

Had a really bad experience at Cocotte from the start to finish, arrived and was given a dirty table with the previous persons drink, the restaurant was not busy but the deliveries was and the staff was just focused on that rather then the tables, I asked to order and was given a wrong dish and the bread we ordered was missing.

We cut into the one quarter of the chicken and it was very pink and we said that this chicken is not cooked and the waitress just did not have a clue and was going what do you mean and we said we are not eating this and can we have a replacement quarter which never came, we started eating the other quarter as we was really hungry where towards the end bits found again the chicken to be pink and the waitress again did not know how to deal with the situation, we refused to pay for the chicken and the service as both was terrible.

I work in the hospitality industry and manage a brunch cafe where we get slammed on deliveries especially on weekends but we always put the customers who made the effort to come to our venue, we actually earn more profit this way as we don’t have high commissions and packaging costs and the staff earn more from the service charge.

Shame as the sides were tasty but how it was handled and leaving to go and eat somewhere else after paying £57 is...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant, and let me tell you, it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my dining experience was top-notch.

Now let's talk about the food – oh my goodness, where do I even begin? Their chicken dishes are absolutely divine. Each bite was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and incredibly tender. Whether it was their grilled chicken breast, crispy chicken tenders, or succulent chicken thighs, every option was a winner. As I am gluten free, the manager Dini was very attentive and was very careful about my allgeriers and intolernaces.

And let's not forget about their kale salad. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but one bite and I was hooked. The kale was fresh and crisp, tossed with the perfect amount of dressing and topped with an array of delicious ingredients like crunchy almonds, creamy avocado, and tangy feta cheese.

Overall, this restaurant has become my go-to spot for delicious chicken dishes and kale salads. Whether you're a meat lover or a veggie enthusiast, there's something for everyone here. Trust me, you won't be...

I visited this restaurant with a very dear friend yesterday for a long overdue catch-up over brunch. My friend was the one who booked the table, and my my, am I glad she selected this eatery. The level of customer service was 10/10 from start to finish. As a diner with quite a few intolerances and one main allergy however, it was the staff member who was looking after our table's superb level of care and attention to detail which wowed me. She went through the allergens list with a fine-tooth comb and kept coming back to double-check and run things by me. I was extremely appreciative and impressed. Apart from this, the food was superb. My friend opted for the Truffle Chicken Burger which she said was delicious, and I opted for the Chicken & Waffles which was divine, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since! The chicken was cooked and flavoured to perfection and just melted in my mouth, the croissant waffles were something totally new to me but they definitely worked (I requested that my egg was fried hard as I don't do runny yolks, and this was met with no hesitation). Would I recommend this place? Absolutely yes! I will be revisiting and introducing other friends to this place for sure.

Unpleasant experience... The service was cold and quite inattentive, it seemed everyone was preoccupied with everything but the service. I was looking forward to a sweet cocktail so I had enquired with the server for the best option. The server was not sure and went to ask the manager who said none were. It was strange that no other options were provided. I then settled for an ice tea but was served a raspberry cold tea. I said this doesn’t look like an ice tea the server said it was a raspberry tea. It was bland, quite like flavoured water. They added more syrup it was a little better but not what I requested or that nice. As I was waiting for my guest to arrive the manager came over to tell me that if my guest was still arriving as from 5 pm they would be fully booked. It was only 4 by this time. I said yes and asked if the air conditioning was on as it was very cold even with a jacket on. She said no, I mentioned it was very cold and the manager walked away. Not long after I requested the bill as I didn’t feel I could stay to eat nor feel comfortable doing so. I don't believe I will be visiting this restaurant anytime soon and if so it will not be in this branch.

Visiting London and looking for a nice place to eat with good food. Saw the star rating and thought I’d give it a try. It is basically a roasted chicken restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. While I waited for my food about 12 minutes the take away orders just kept coming in. When I initially approached the restaurant there were 3 food delivery men in bikes waiting for orders. Between ordering and gettin my meal they just have filled close to 20 take away orders. The locals must love the food. I had the walnut salad and it was delicious and so were the truffle fries. The roasted chicken was tasty but a bit on the dry side - the reason for the 4 stars. The dipping sauce for the chicken was very good and helped overcome the dryness. I heard the table next to me talking about brunch and how good the waffle and chicken dish tasted, probably worth checking out. I was lucky to get there early because I didn’t have a reservation and they turned away a couple about 25 minutes later, so it might be good to plan before you go.
