Subway — Restaurant in London

Dear Subway Team,

I visited your Subway store at Tottenham Hale Station today, and I’m very disappointed with the service and food quality.

When we entered the store, two staff members were present, but neither greeted or welcomed us. One of us ordered a B.M.T., but the staff member only placed a few slices of pepperoni and salami on the bread and toasted it. When I mentioned that we had ordered a B.M.T., he remade the sandwich but again added only four slices of pepperoni and four of salami, which is not according to Subway’s standard.

Another friend ordered Jacket Potato with Beans, and the third ordered Jacket Potato with Chicken Tikka. The person taking the order added only half a scoop and rudely said, “That’s all you get,” without any explanation. His behavior in front of other customers was very unprofessional.

It was also clear that he didn’t know how to properly prepare the jacket potatoes. When I suggested melting the cheese, he refused and just heated the potatoes, added butter and chicken, and didn’t mash them properly. He kept looking at us angrily the entire time.

I had recommended Subway’s jacket potatoes to my friends, but this experience completely ruined our meal. It was a very disappointing visit, and I hope you take serious action to improve the staff’s behavior and food preparation standards.

I went in the morning to get a porch egg and lettuce in a 6 inch roll The lady who served me was very rude asked her for tea and she was giving me coffee. At the end got my order right and I went towards the end to get some sugar and milk. There was no white sugar so I asked her “the sugar is finished”. She said to me “can you not see there is sugar right there”’. I said to her “that’s brown sugar I want white sugar”. She was so busy serving other customers and being so nice to others but some apparent reason she had something against me or my colour. Totally ignored me and just said “we do not have white sugar”. Only got a start cos I couldn't give less, been here twice and both times mark my two worst ever services, never met any servers at rude in my life. I asked for a steak and jalapeño, had to ask 5 times as the guy was busy watching someone else's conversation, then he wanted to argue that the steak is with peppers, I said well I want jalapeño with it, then he spoke to his colleague in another language and they both looked at me and laughed. Got to the toppings bit and I said I want jalapeño and gherkins and again he laughed at me. Then had to wait another ten minutes at the counter to pay as the colleague was watching security sitting in restaurant.
