Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I have ordered a hot chocolate drink with bread ginger syrup on 5th of November time is 5:30pm, it was a very sweet drink that you can not drink it & cold too, which costs £3:30, I have asked kindly the manager if I can swap it with something has less sugar but he rejects so I was forced to drink it or through it away. They use a really very sweet sugary hot chocolate powder & they do not care about your health. All what they care about is making money. If you ask them in advance Does the hot chocolate have a lot of sugar ? They have no answer. The toilet was very dirty & does not meet Costa’s standards. My drink was cold too, I do not believe the manager is a professional for this role, sure will not come to this place again & I never recommend this...

I have visited this particular Costa on and off for the last month and let me tell you that I only have seen dirty and messy tables, literally sticky and the staff seemed unbothered in cleaning them. The toilet is a nightmare on its own right, looking unclean and smelly every time that I have visited. I am sorry to say this but this place is literally a ground zero for infections and if a health inspector would visit i am sure this place would be out of business. To be honest I won't think I will be back any time soon as I truly find this...

Not to bad, the I asked to help me take the Coffee outside said she was not allowed to to carry it out because I had 2 of us, I said I need help, then she helped me because she saw that I had a disability problem. I had a rolator with me I could not put on the seat as I could have spiled it, she wanted to put the Coffee in the Paper cups, I refused to have it she did not like that, I like to have in a proper cup thank you I said, it's ok not bad the Coffee was good and the service...
