So what to say, disappointment and shocked at the rudeness and shocked at some of the dancing. Is Piccadilly better? I’ll get to my own personal experience further below. It’s a long one. You think when you go here it’ll be something different in regards to an experience, had friends from abroad visit for the weekend and they wanted to go here. It was a Sunday night Mother’s Day, but expected still a few more people but I couldn’t even blame them for that when we walked in. But it made sense then why it was empty later. The place seems dirty and thrown together, the bar set up looks like it’s a ‘whatever’ job. Are they really making it like a dive bar in the back roads? This is London, make it better. It’s not giving the vibe they think it is. But judging by other reviews the attitude of ‘whatever’ goes to all areas. Anyways to my own experience, my friend was sitting and taking her shoes off to relieve her feet whilst remaining sitting, the dancer in the shorts at this time was sitting on the bar closely talking to two other staff members. She seen my friend taking off her shoes and said ‘excuse me you can’t take off your shoes’ my friend replied politely ‘I’m just having one second relief I’m not going to walk on the floor’ the dancer again said ‘ you can’t take off your shoes here else you’ll be kicked out’ my friend said again ‘just give me one minute I’m gona put them back on or change my shoes to flats’ at this time my friend immediately reached down to change her shoes to flat shoes still not attempting to stand on the floor as it was a high chair. My friend didn’t hear the dancer as she was putting flats on, but I was looking and listening the dancer said ‘ hey YOU, DONT EVEN TRY ME YEAH! DONT TRY ME AS THIS ISNT THE NIGHT TO TRY ME OK! With her head moving and finger like she’s in a cheesy movie? The other two staff looked and they then laughed together like it was so great! ‘Women empowering and nobody messes with us’ comrades. I looked to my friend in shock who didn’t notice, I was gona say something but decided let me make a review instead because of the amount of views I get in total. Maybe this will change their attitude. The reason I gave two stars was because the dancer in the shorts danced good but the OTHER dancer in the jeans. At first I thought she was just a friend of the dancer using the chance to dance on stage because it was empty and have a laugh, but then later she was on the floor doing the same routine as the dancer I was a bit baffled. You can definitely tell she isn’t a professional dancer and doing it to fulfil a fantasy. This isn’t to put her down but probably make the place have the dancers trained more professionally, the dancer in the jeans to do more professional training or just employ professionals? If you want to attract a great repeat crowd then give them great atmosphere, service, politeness, and let the staff know the reviews are bad so things need to change? I didn’t order the food and we were originally going to get the bottomless brunch but after reading the reviews thankfully we didn’t.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are unable to accommodate birthdays or special occasions. I specifically mentioned in my booking that I wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday, but they refused to allow us to bring in a birthday cake, and they also wouldn’t let us order one from their menu. As their Kitchen was closed by 9pm. They do not specify in their terms and conditions that outside cakes are not allowed, which is very disappointing. Additionally, they failed to accommodate special requests from their kitchen. They simply placed the menu on the table and left, with no effort to take our order or engage with us. When I spoke to the manager about my special request, they responded, "If you put in the special request section that you want a million pounds, we can’t accommodate that," comparing a simple birthday request to an unrealistic demand. If you wish to complain about this business, you’ll need to go straight to Trading Standards, as they essentially do not handle complaints in-house. The message from their office was the following: ''Not sure why they do not contact you. You should probably raise it to the next level. Nothing much I can do to help from US'' Furthermore, the reviews on Google seem misleading, as the establishment apparently offers free shots to people who leave positive reviews. Another issue is the accessibility—if you're disabled or injured, you won’t be able to use the toilets, as they do not have accessible facilities. To use the toilet, there's also a £1 fee. The service is also incredibly poor. Despite having the menu left on the table, we were unable to place an order as the staff made no attempt to take it. Ultimately, we had to leave to celebrate the birthday elsewhere at a venue that could accommodate our needs. The cost for the birthday party table was £150, and I had listed all of my specific requests and requirements in the special requests section of the booking. I would suggest looking for another place that genuinely values its customers and their special occasions.

Sadly Not For Us! We strolled in for a late lunch, expecting some “One Way or Another” kind of energy, only to find the place practically empty. After waiting for a welcome that never came, we figured, hey, why not just “Take It to the Limit” and grab a booth ourselves? Apparently, that was not how they roll. A server appeared out of nowhere, pointing to a “RESERVED” sign scribbled in crayon, like a four-year-old’s DIY craft project. It looked like a joke. It felt like a joke. Nope—real crayon, real reservation. She didn’t offer another table, so we wandered around, looking like two fools to the tune of “Can’t Fight the Moonlight.” Once we finally got seated, we ordered at the bar, but between the blaring music and my attempts to pantomime our order, I felt like I was auditioning for a silent movie. And just when I thought things couldn’t get more interesting, a fly decided to strut down the bar counter right in front of me, like it was living “The Devil Went Down to Georgia” fantasy, only I was the unlucky audience. The food? Well, the BBQ burgers were so good they could’ve brought the house down “Wherever We Will Go.” Juicy, smoky perfection. But the chips? Dry and hard enough to double as coasters. We were so hungry we started eating without condiments, which eventually showed up, but only after we’d practically licked our plates clean to “All She Wants to Do is Dance.” Now, the hot wings—those were fire! Deliciously spicy, enough to make us feel “Unbreakable” in the face of everything else. As for the servers, bless them, they tried, but it felt like our presence was cramping their style. It was as if we were singing “Need You Tonight” and they were politely ignoring us. So, if you’re craving wings, burgers, and an unintentional comedy of errors, this is your spot! As for us? Next time, we’ll find a place that takes it “One Way or Another” and actually wants us there.

I’ve been to a lot of brunches in my time but this has by far been the worst. The most unorganised place I’ve ever been to. First we get there and they can’t find our booking, when we are finally seated we are left sitting there for roughly 20 minutes without a drink, when the waitress finally came over she said she sat us in the wrong place and didn’t realise we were there for brunch, she then resat us somewhere else and gave us a shot to apologise then took our order probably 30 mins after arrival. The waitress said we could upgrade to cocktails for £10 each but they said only one person would need to as the cocktails are quite big and we could share them, so we did that. The drinks started to flow a bit quicker but the food took forever to come, when it did come it was the wrong order, so we had to wait forever again. When it finally came, it was quite cold but I was so hungry I just ate it. Towards the end of the brunch a different waitress came over to say our time was running out and did we want to order anything else, pretty sure we didn’t get 90 minutes cos of how long they took, anyway she brings over 1 cocktail, I explained to her what the other waitress had said about the cocktails upgrade and she said “no that’s not how we do things”. I’m not sure any of them actually know how to do things tbh. Then 5 minutes later she brings another cocktail, I don’t understand why she didn’t do that in the first place. After the brunch was finished I went to the bar, ordered 2 different cocktails and was given 2 of the same, some girls were dancing on the bar and the bartender said “you’re gonna get kicked in the face” but quite rudely. I was leaning in to give my order which she still got wrong. Later on they asked me to dance on the bar then I couldn’t dance on the bar because of my shoes, I get it health and safety and all that, but they literally had a safety bar to hold onto. Towards the end of the night, my friend realised she must have had some fling with one of the bar staff as we were asked to leave for literally no reason, I was sitting down on my phone whilst my friend was at the bar, so clearly they let personal reasons affect their job. The toilet was like a quest to Mordor, I can’t believe with the size of the bar you have to walk somewhere else that isn’t even close and quite hard to find, to go to the toilet. The atmosphere was ok, but it baffles me that they didn’t play Leann Rhymes in a coyote ugly bar, I went over to ask the staff if they would play it and was near enough rugby tackled for daring to go near the woman that was playing music. Overall I would say do not go for brunch here, save your money and go somewhere else, it’s not worth the hype. If you do want to go I would just go for...

Myself, my fiancĂ©e and best friend thought we would book in for the bottomless brunch here which cost us over ÂŁ110 for 1hr30. Our time slot started at 4pm. Initially we were amazed at the resemblance to the film as such and the staff seemed friendly. I believe our waitress was called Jess who was polite and we couldn’t fault initally. The venue does not have toilets and we were told to go to the ones outside in the market (which you have to pay for and the queues are ridiculous essentially wasted about 30 mins in total). The bar has a jukebox which you can pay for songs to be played in the venue and the girls will sing or get people involved ect. We played a very well known dance track by Fred Again that had about 1 swear word in and they cut it short turned it off and announced “keep it PG guys”.. were in a bar where the girls are in short shorts and crop tops dancing on the stage encouraging the punters to do shots and providing bottomless brunch and the song we chose was turned off because it wasn’t PG? The song previously was Nickelback - Rockstar and lyrics talk about having a drug dealer on speed dial and girls coming cheap but OK.. we ordered our 4th drink at 5pm - an hour into our slot and no one came for 15 mins. So i politely went up to Jess who was serving at the bar and asked again saying I was aware the venue was picking up now. She assured me she would be over soon. 5:40 and still no one. So I went up again and was told “your bottomless brunch has finished now” i explained that we had now waited 45 mins?
