All on happy hour: here’s what to order and what not to order. Order ✅ - blueberry and lavender martini is really delicious and on the sweeter end. The espresso martini and Bellinis are a classic so you can’t go wrong with it. I haven’t had the chocolate martini at this particular branch, but I’ve had it at several other dirty martinis and it’s a very nice dessert drink. My friend ordered the passion fruit martini and liked it. Mango and chilli was decent (wasn’t “fiery” in my opinion but that’s a plus). Not to order ❌ - The coconut and mango martini was plain awful! It was “salty” and had a very weird after taste, too. Would never order again. Worst one yet. We had good service. Music was a vibe though depending on where you sit it can get a little “too” loud as early as 8pm on Friday (and you can barely hear anyone talk). Not what u prefer but for many it’s a plus.

Had a belated work Christmas party here last week and wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised. The staff (including security on the door) were friendly and helpful. The people working the bar were quick and attentive, and it was clear they enjoy working with each other cause they were having a laugh while they did it. We had canapés passed around for food and there was plenty of it to go around, including a variety of vegan food (I know a lot of places will only do one or two vegan options so that was nice). The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because it smelled strongly like drains / toilets at the back half of the bar, and the ladies toilets had flooded and one was totally blocked when we first got there.

This is by far the best bar i have been in for a long time, if you are lucky enough to be served by 'Ashantie' you are in good hands she was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We ordered food and it was awesome and the cocktails are beyond incredible. This place absolutely made our night, the dj played to the crowd, our hen party was doing limbo and staff were happy to see us have fun The manager let my lovely bide make a cocktail at the bar. It was a cut about the rest. Thankyou very very much I will 100% be back very soon.... you made our night!!!!

This evening I went with my wife and few of her colleagues as it was her leaving drinks.

We have spent over £500 on drinks/ table. A colleague of my wife had to go to the toilet as was having the need of vomiting.

At some point the security (Girl) and the Manager named Nelson, went straight in the toilet in a very rude manners accusing them of using drugs. Knowing they lost the reason of how they intervene in this situation, they said that two people are not allowed on the same cubicle, which on top of that in a very sarcastic way said is “Common sense”, which my wife replied that there is no signs at all of not being allowed, plus her friend was feeling bad.

My wife asked why did they got accused without proofs, which they said, that the police can come and prove it. My wife and her colleague knowing that nothing wrong has been done begged for the Police to come over, and search them or do any kind of tests to prove their innocence. Again, knowing that they got no reason on what they did, instead of stepping back and apologize or even calm the situation, they escorted my wife and the friend out of the premises.

Myself, my wife and her colleagues never felt so disrespected in our lifes. We went to have a good time, and spent a good amount of money to be treated with the minimum of courtesy or friendliness.

Instead we feel we got robbed. If any of the partners of this brand are reading this, even though you can’t do anything at this stage, please do something to cover your future clients of passing trough any kind of situations...

Exceptionally disappointed that our valentines group booking was cancelled by them 4 days before our big event.

We had organised a singles event and everything was fine at first. We even called ahead to increase the size of our booking from 50 to 60 people. After they accepted the booking they tried to act helpful and ask some more questions.

They asked if they could help with anything and when we mentioned it was our own ticketed event they cancelled on us, and the person we spoke to, 'K' was exceptionally rude, and made it all about her.

They insinuated that they had asked us prior if it was a ticketed event which was absolute nonsense. It was only after the booking was increased did they inquire if it was our own ticketed event, under the guise that they were trying to help us in some way. I have the email as evidence.

Not somewhere we will ever book again.

We used The Folly in Monument instead so if you would rather have a venue where the staff are friendly and take good care of you, that is the...

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but last time I was here it was a disaster and I still think about it to this day, hence the review. The place is brilliant until you have to give up your table, which we gladly did and we were offered one in the bar area. From that point onwards it was awful. It would be impossible to summarise the chain of events that unfolded in a short review because they were so ridiculous, but all I can put it down to is poor management. The young guy running the place was completely out of his depth and accused us of all sorts beyond comprehension. We were then constantly harassed and monitored by staff who were doing a very poor job of trying not to be noticed. At the end of day, who are they going to believe, the customers who have had a few drinks or their colleague? The answer is obvious. Thankfully, we got the last laugh when leaving as we saw how embarrassed they were after realising their mistakes all night. At least we got a good...
