I recently visited the Domino's Pizza shop at 167 Hoxton St, London N1 6PJ on Friday, July 7th, around 6 pm. Initially, I planned to order online and collect my pizza, but while browsing the website, I stumbled upon several negative reviews on Google. Despite the negative feedback, I decided to give it a chance and walked into the shop to place an order for a small pizza to-go.
Little did I know, this would turn out to be a regrettable decision. Upon returning to the shop after approximately 15 minutes, I discovered that my pizza was not yet ready. I waited inside the shop for a while longer, hoping that the wait would be worth it. Finally, I received my pizza and headed back to my car to consume it. To my utter disappointment, the quality of the pizza was horrible. The pizza had an extremely hard base, lacking any toppings except for a thin layer of tomato paste barely brushed over it. Additionally, there were only one or two minuscule chicken pieces, which can hardly be considered toppings. I had expected at least two toppings as advertised, but the reality was far from it. The experience left me feeling frustrated and regretful for not heeding the warnings from previous customers.
I cannot emphasize enough how unsatisfactory my experience was with Domino's Pizza. The pizza I received was of such poor quality that it left me wondering why I didn't opt for a simple tandoori roti with some tomato paste instead. It was an absolute disappointment, and I strongly urge others to listen to the previous users' reviews and avoid this establishment. I certainly won't be giving it another try...
Read moreDon't the managers or owners of this store read the reviews here?... Why aren't the problems being fixed...? Do you think that just replying to reviews will solve the problem?? I visited around 10:40. But they were yelling and frustrated in front of the customers. Because they close at 11, but we came 20 minutes before closing and they had already finished cleaning. I understand them. But showing that kind of attitude in front of the customers is very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. I think that short and skinny woman has been working there for a long time. Maybe she is the manager. My guess is that her whole attitude is the reason for these reviews. Because she usually takes orders from Till. Maybe she shouldn't work here. In my personal opinion. Otherwise, I'm sure the reviews of this store would always be in the 3-stars range or under 3-stars. I think you guys need to re-educate your staff thoroughly. You are free to gossip about customers behind their backs, but it is really bad to do it in front of customers. After reading this review, I really hope you think carefully and re-educate your staff. It's a shame to even...
