Hello guys just a quick hello and an update of this cafe in Notting Hill. Very dissatisfied and in my opinion unprofessional. We were told today as we stopped by to have some tea and possibly some pastries later on, that if we ONLY order tea that we are not allowed to sit longer than 20 minutes!?!? How annoying is this and do you even realize what does this mean for your regular customers? Truly you should be ashamed to purpose any of this nonsense! In this global and economic crisis that we are all being affected, you should appreciate and respect your regular customers more. Obviously you are not aware to say at least! In regard to your pastries they are all dry and I’ve seen numerous times your stuff touching dirty tables and not taking gloves off and picking up the food with the same dirty gloves! Absolutely disgusting! The cheese pie is still something that is good in taste. But there are near by better cafes with better varieties and better customer experience. Sorry not worth the visit!

One of my favorite things to explore in the World and also now in London, is wonderful bakeries that give you that warm homemade feel! It reminds me of my childhood and that excitement of warm cookies made with love and happiness! This bakery definitely brings that feeling! Bravo! This in not the first time I am visiting this place, and I am happy to always come back for more to explore. Today I tried a new chocolate macadamia cookie, that exceeded my expectations! So thank you! I have a sweet tooth and am a passionate cook and a foodie. It was crunchy yet soft with an excellent choice of dark chocolate and macadamia crunch.
Something else I love about this place is their teas. Today I had CASABLANCA menthe douche & bergamot. Absolutely delicious and soothing for your tummy. You must try it! You welcome 🤗 I will be sharing more about this bakery very soon. Noting Hill area has a friendly vibe and make sure you...
Read moreI used to be a regular in this cafe. As a person with Georgian heritage I supported the place even during the tough luck diwn and was happy to post images of Georgian snacks on my Instagram feed. However todays experience made me feel I wohnt be running back here. I came in to buy a selection of cakes for take away. The waitress didn’t know that fragile items to gift need to be placed in boxes. She didn’t even know how to fold the boxes that were eventually found fir her by the owner. I ordered 12 different cakes and the waitress abandoned the task half way through. She also handled the cakes twice by first putting them all into a paper bag even though I told her three times they need to be boxed. She then completely abandoned the task and stated making coffee für other customers. The young man behind the counter picked the job of packing my cakes but was unaware I have not paid for them yet, and asked me to pay £9.00 which was 40£ short of the full bill. The mistake was made by the previous waiter who just stopped the task half done. When I bring an honest person pointed out to the man waiter that it’s not the full bill he demanded I Tölz him what I bought- I was supposed to have remembered- instead of asking his colleague!! And when I finally paid the full £49 for a handful of cakes he just turned away- didn’t even thank me for being honest, nor apologised for the cafe’s bad practice. I won’t...
Read moreAfter falling in love with all of the pastries from Entree in Tbilisi, I couldn't wait to check out their London branch as well. Sadly, it was a rather disappointing experience compared to Tbilisi, which is a surprise since it is the same brand. I visited the Notting Hill branch and the staff are kind and friendly, but rather forgetful - had to double check some parts of the order even if it wasn't busy at the time. In terms of the pastries, of course I ordered the cigarettes - twice as small but expensive as the ones in Tbilisi; pain au chocolate which was rather dry and had very little chocolate; a small traditional khachapuri - now this one I would RECOMMEND as it is properly made with sulguni cheese, which not even Georgian restaurants in London use; and I got some sourdough bread to take away which was also good but too expensive compared to other places. If I might make a suggestion, think it might be better not to have food displayed uncovered in the centre of the cafe as this makes pastries dry and might not be a good idea hygiene-wise. Overall, unfortunately I felt like I spent a lot of money on rather...
