today I placed a drink order through the app, and after seeing it placed in the pickup area (which is clearly separated from the order area), I approached and showed my order number to the staff, even pointing to the drink that had the correct label on it.
One staff member gave it a quick glance and seemed to confirm it, but instead of handing it over, I was told verbally that they had to âprioritise delivery drivers and in store customers first.â I found this response both confusing and frustrating as the drink was clearly mine, already made, and sitting there. It wouldâve taken just a few seconds to hand it over.
When I followed up again later, I was ignored. Eventually, 10â15 minutes later (I wish I was kidding), I received the exact same drink I pointed out earlier. By then, the ice had melted, and the overall experience had been unnecessarily stressful.
I understand the store may have been busy, but the staffâs passive-aggressive attitude and unwillingness to simply check and hand over a clearly labeled drink was unacceptable. The staff working at the time included an Asian female and an Indian male.

   Read moreI ordered the passion fruit one and the mango one. The mango one was really bad. The staff who made my drink obviously had no competence to make a drink. It was so thick that it couldnât come out of the jug easily. Therefore, knocked the jug on his hand and spilt it, so it couldnât full the cup to full. It was too thick because of too much ice even though i ordered medium ice. Then another staff noticed and thus came to fix it by making another batch and sent him to check the store. The mango consisted of 2 different batches; the former was substandard and the latter was ok. However, the staff who fixed it didnât remake it all but just to put the second batch to fill the cup to the brim. Consequently, the bottom of the drink was too bland and too thick to drink, which we found out after leaving the store. They should have remade it all to keep up the standard. Not highly recommended. Better walk a bit further to Starbucks as if they know the drink is wrong they will remake it from...

There were a number of people waiting so we waited around 5 mins for the lady to take our order, but instead she started serving someone else who had just turned up! When it was our turn I gave her my order and had brought a cup from a previous visit as they offer money back for reusing it. I showed her the cup and she asked if I wanted to reuse it, I said yes. She then took our order and said she can give us a new cup. I said thatâs fine, assuming she was still going to credit me.
After paying I checked the receipt and saw I had been charged full price. I queried it with her as I had wanted to reuse the cup initially. She said the till wasnât working so she couldnât do the discount (yet she was able to work it so they take the full amount). Feels like a con.
