I’m rewriting this review from a previous 5-star rating because of an incredibly disappointing experience. I’ve been a loyal customer of Honest Burgers for years and even invested in the brand as a shareholder, so it truly pains me to leave a negative review. However, after repeatedly trying to resolve an issue with their customer service—both on Instagram and via email—most of my messages were ignored. When they finally responded, the best they could offer was a replacement burger, but only if I collected it in person, despite my original order being for delivery. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and effort to make things right has completely changed my view of the company.
I used to love Honest Burgers. The food was great, and the customer service was even better. I even invested in the brand because I believed in it. But after my recent experience, it’s clear both the food and service have seriously declined.
I ordered my usual chicken burger, but what arrived was embarrassingly thin—honestly, you’d get a thicker chicken burger from McDonald’s. I reached out to Honest Burgers on Instagram the same night with a photo, just to check if the portion sizes had changed. It took days to even get a response, and when they did reply, the messages were barely readable and made no sense. They asked for my email and order details, then ignored me completely. I sent follow-ups, which were read but not replied to. It took weeks before I got any proper response, despite them admitting early on that my order wasn’t up to standard.
Eventually, they offered me a replacement meal—but only if I went to collect it myself. My original order was for delivery, so why should I have to go out of my way to fix their mistake? When I pushed back, they just ignored me again.
This whole experience has been awful. Honest Burgers used to be known for quality food and great service, but both seem to be ruined now. If this is how they treat loyal customers, especially ones who have invested in their brand, I can’t imagine how they treat everyone else. Avoid. I’m embarrassed that I was recommending this brand to people...

We order through uberEATS once a week because we really love Honest burgers. The quality of the beef burgers and other items is unmatched but they seriously need to do some checks before they sent the food out. ( beef comes cooked great )
Two things are important in Honest burgers,Chips and Burgers.
That's what they sell proudly. The chips comes ALWAYS cold and you could blame the delivery guy but I'm not,when one driver cancels and waiting for the next driver they should wait and only add the chips when the driver is there,not let them in the pass getting cooked twice. The restaurant might say they do this but they don't, also the quality and the quantity is...There is no way they think that those chips are the right amount ...The box seems like kids meal,the chips are oily and very small pieces like they want to get rid of the content of the tray so they flip the tray in to the box. You end up with few tiny pieces which i do not consider them chips,at best is just tiny pieces of chips. Honest chips should have rosemary salt, these have almost nothing ( the last 5 orders was exactly the same,i just didn't want to write a review but today i had enough ).
Whoever pack these boxes should check what you sent out, if the chef closing the boxes you should be proud of what you sending away,not just try to get rid of it because is delivery, the restaurant earns the exact same money,why compromise the quality?
Why do we still order every week? Because we really love Honest burgers.
For the manager or whoever read this,we do not want free food or vouchers,the only thing we ask is to receive good food when we order once a week,we will keep ordering.
Check your Quality control, be proud of what you sending out. Don't just rush it because you're busy. That's what make a restaurant different.

In fact just to come to honest burger we travelled from Eastham— but yesterday’s experience was shocking and has made me decide never to return. And I wonder if at all any training was given to their staff and it made me question who on earth might have recruited this person in the first place.
After receiving my bill, I noticed an extra service charge had been added without any prior explanation. I politely asked the staff member who gave me the bill why this was added and whether it should have been explained beforehand. Instead of a courteous response, I was met with rudeness, arrogance, and complete disregard for basic customer service.
She refused to listen to my question, interrupted me, and with a dismissive tone said, “If you can’t read, I can’t help you.” Not only was this insulting, but it was also deeply condescending — she was smirking as if mocking me. I left feeling disrespected and humiliated.
No customer should ever be treated like this. Honest Burgers Greenwich should remember that good food means nothing when it is served with rude behaviour, zero respect, and an attitude that looks down on customers. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing this experience so...
