What an appalling customer service . So, so, so bad. From the first moment we entered the door we felt not wanted at all, like we were interrupting them. I ordered plain noodles for my daughter , I had to return them twice : first time it came with different vegetables despite asking for just plain noodles, the second time came completely cold , apparently are supposed to be room temperature but they were not , were completely cold like its just been taken out from the fridge and were all stuck together. When we finally got our food right, I asked for a couple of forks, the girl looked at me like I was asking her to give me the moon from the sky , and after repeating twice back to me about the forks , she finally decided to hand me some. For the whole period of time there was barely anyone on the floor in case you needed anything else, all the team were sitting at the back where they normally grab the food from chatting with each other. Even when I had to pay, the card device was left on the table and the server left. No manners whatsoever in asking how the food was or anything else, or to say thank you for your visit. I have never seen such bad service, such bad manners . I, myself work in hospitality but I don’t treat my customers this way. Not to mention that this was the first time we tried this brand .
