Honest Burgers Holborn — Restaurant in London

We had a delicious meal yesterday at Honest Burgers! It is a very small restaurant. The service was spot on,the staff were friendly and the food came out very quickly. The food was incredibly delicious,the brilliant thing is that 100% of their menu can be adapted to be gluten free! For my main meal I went for the Honest Beef burger. The burger was amazing and flavourful. The beef was cooked to perfection and the red onion relish added a really nice flavour. You just can’t beat the Rosemary Salted Chips,they are the ultimate restaurant chips. They have a slightly oily flavour too. You also get a lot of chips with the burger too! We also ordered two sides too,the Halloumi was great and the Chilli Jam is one of the best condiments of all time! The Chilli Jam goes well with the chips too. For the second side we ordered the Onion Rings,this dish is always perfect here! The batter is light and crispy,you get a lovely onion and ever so slightly oily flavour too. Also,if you join the Honest Burgers Rewards club you can get a free Small Portion of Onion rings too so if you want to save some pennies and have not joined the rewards scheme yet,this is a good food...

"Short Review" Not super yay but more of a yay to meh ratio, decent pricing tho. Would reccomend to try it out.

"Long review" The meat quality was great, sadly missed with seasoning of the meat, felt like the cheese didnt have much purpose with the bland taste, but it was not terrible. Burger was 3/5. One thing that also drove down the grade was that they drenched my burger in fat, so i was forced to eat it with a fork and knife. "Moist" might be the word.

Reading other comments it seems like we had maybe a bad day for the place, again it was not bad for the price but i was expecting more with this grade of a restaurant.

I ordered "Tribute" burger, and my company ordered the original "beef" burger.

Optional improvments "Dont be afraid of flavors (salt and pepper fits great with meat), bring more cheese/ dressing options to the meny." Ps. one of your tables is wobbly :^) Kind...

A disappointing takeaway experience at Honest Burgers Holborn today.

From the moment I entered, the was chaotic, noisy, and claustrophobic. There was no dedicated takeaway waiting area, which meant I had to awkwardly stand in the middle of the bustling dining area, with people constantly walking through. It felt neither safe nor comfortable.

Worse, despite being in full view of the staff, I and another patron stood for several minutes without being acknowledged. A group that arrived after me were promptly greeted and served without delay.

The vegan burger with coleslaw I ordered was priced at £15.90. This is an excessive amount to pay for a meal like this, and considering the overall poor service and environment.
