Omg where do I start. The cheap tables which we could barely fit around. The filthy spotted glasses that you could barely see through or the great food disaster which I discovered was never cooked but WARMED UP!!!! Ok starter came it was triangular sliced bread toasted cold hard and could have been used as a frisbee. Smoked salmon pulled from the packer and slapped on the plate. NO PESTO NO OLIVE OIL NO NOTHING a small bit of butter. This was a dinner not breakfast. I was appalled I called stag over to ask what the hell is this a man candidly retorted this is British cuisine. He was skinny black hair and I thin goatee or moustache I found him so rude I could not even start with him. Then another staff member came over she apologised. She looked embarrassed at the food I asked her where she was from she did Italy I asked her. What Italian restaurant would ever serve this. She said none. Now on to the main. Can you murder a salmon anymore by cooking it. These guys did. I looked over at the kitchen and really it’s not a kitchen. It’s a large hi tech microwave of ovens. I was promised a great desert, it want bad for a Tesco finest chocolate pudding. (Maybe not Tesco but definitely a supermarket and never made on that premises) The glasses I sat there and wiped them out they were filthy. As for the happiest DJ ever who made the Grinch look loveable. This place was awful. Those aren’t chefs in the kitchen those are food warmers. I would pay for Gordon Ramsey to go there and give them a few tips like, cook your food, don’t use sliced bread for anything and wash your glasses oh and send your DJ to find his happy place. The picture speaks for itself. This was a staff Christmas Party if it wasn’t for the company the night would have double stank.

I booked my birthday party at THE HIDE on Thursday with James and his department, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first message, James and his team were incredible professional, friendly, and always available (even late at night!) to answer any questions. On the day itself, they were present, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. James went above and beyond to make me feel special, and my friends had an amazing time. The sound system was excellent, the vibe was great, and even though other events were happening in the venue, it never interfered with mine. If anything, I’d say my party was the best one there 😉. Huge thanks to James and the entire team you truly made it a night to remember. I really appreciate you all!

Honestly it’s not even worth the 1 star. The bouncer was rude for no reason and didn’t let us in for a random reason for being intoxicated. We had to go the McDonalds close by to proof we weren’t ( apparently had to show we drank coffee ). Plus the the staff is rude and very very impolite. And we didn’t get in cause they still had an issue with our ID. The guy literally said he didn’t have to engage with us since we weren’t customers. Honestly one of our worst night out experience.

Well where do I start - I have left this 24 hours before writing a review so that my anger does not obscure how I feel. We attended for a West End Musical event, after waiting 3 years due to COVID. The event meant that we were placed randomly on tables with those not known to us. It also involved unlimited prosecco and cocktails for the first hour. We had a bit of fun with the waiters and tried to fill up the water jug on the table with prosecco, they caught us out straight away and stopped serving our table, fair play we understood and nothing more was said about it. We had no more alcohol than other tables (I can even confirm how many bottles) Unfortunately someone mixed one too many drinks at our table (this person was unknown to our party) and during part time was very sick. As a result our whole table was removed by security. We were told that we were being asked to leave due to our unwell friend. Eventually the manager came out and informed us that due to us hiding drinks under the table and this unwell friend we were not allowed back in. I was also informed that I was too intoxicated to return. I am absolutely insulted by this as I was barely tipsy. I was angry, angry that an event we had been looking forward to for 3 years and traveled far to see was taken away from us due to us apparently hiding drinks (which we never did) and this unwell lady who was nothing to do with us. They did not wish to hear our side of events which made us even more upset. If the putting drink in the water had been the issue then we should have been informed straight away and given a warning then. Most of the room was influenced by alcohol and there were many unwell in the toilets. (Yes I was sober so I very much saw this) so I feel our group was victimised. We were causing no disruption to the show and even the waiters were joining in with our laughs and inappropriately recording my friend who was dancing (the whole room was dancing). The way in which it was handled was not professional in the slightest. If we had been causing disruption in the room and if our party was being sick then I would have understood. But this was not the case. The show that we saw was fantastic just a shame about the terrible service that we received. It also didn't help that other tables were having their plates cleared and we were yet to even receive our food so it was almost and hour and a half of drinking before any food emerged. So thank you for making incorrect observations and ruining what was meant to be a...

So disappointed with this venue, I attended a drag dinner here as a gift for my birthday. The show was great, however that's a reflection of the performers and not the venue or organisers.

Firstly, the venue changed without informing us. It was only sheer luck that I had spotted it and contacted the organisers whom gave us the correct location and new tickets.

Upon arrival the event was running over 15 minutes late and we were told to wait around until being allowed down Into the venue itself.

We were then greeted with the poorest excuse of a starter, that had been waiting on the table for us to arrive. A handful of stale tortilla chips with a spoonful of salsa. It was ridiculous.

Next we were sat on a table with complete strangers, whom decided to top up her Bellini with the procesco on our table, one of the waiters (Peter) then snatched the bottle from her hand and said 'no more'. Correct me if I'm wrong, this is meant to be a bottomless event? This affected the table as we were penalised for a stranger's activity, the drinks had been taken away from us too! My party was not rowdy, loud not disrespectful - yet the drinks were taken away from us too by the most obnoxious waiter known to man!

Next came the main dish - if you can call it that. On the tickets we bought, we selected the chicken fajitas. However we were given a chicken schnitzel and a side of soggy chips, I can honestly say that this was the worst meal I have ever tried. The schnitzel was so dry and crisp that I couldn't cut through it and had to bite through it with my teeth. Utterly appalling.

The desert, again was not as described. We were expecting a vegan chocolate tart and instead was brought a orange chocolate cheesecake. Unpleasant.

After the show - we were ushered to finish our drinks as soon as possible so they could clear the floor for the other guests! They were packing tables away around me before I had finished my desert or drinks!

None of performers were able to take pictures with the guests as we were all rushed out of the venue so they could accommodate more guests!

I have requested the complaints procedure, but have yet to have a response. Do not waste your money, not worth it.

Incredibly rude staff, inedible food and overall a...

7/5/23 Sunday morning early hours : Absolutely useless Security @ Sway bar as usual but what happened this morning was disgrace as those guys should not wear security licence at all. Very loud crowd outside start arguing in front the Club, then it was on the road & crossing while cars was trying pass by, then it was 3groups arguing then fight started after all this approx. 30minutes after... All this could have been prevented if security was doing their job & keeping Street quiet 4residents trying 2get some sleep @ 01:30. We didn't saw even 1 security member trying 2 descalate the situation. They just stand by laughing & joking. When fight was on 6x police cars arrived & crowd was split & went away after while but it continued on street close by. Its shocking that this even happened @ Central London, I looks like security want just easy shift, just stand there & don't do anything. If u hv teenagers I will highly recommend 2 avoid Sway bar as they might get hurt.

December 22 HOB BURLESQUE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE Security still very rude on entry... I was asked "where r u going?"... Then I showed my tix & security was starring at it 5minutes, without saying anything?! Then I left... They need some1 2 teach them. Some manners... As its happening every time when I am there which is almost every month... Also during Burlesque show there were only 2x ppl serving drinks 4the whole event... Extremely long line... Show was less then hour & we spend 2x 15min in cue... Its shame as we could not enjoy the show in full because of this... Lots of ppl were complaining about this as well...

September 💖👏 but Security on the doors very rude! they shall teach them some manners, no "please" , no "thank you" ... Only "Where are you going?" ... Also 2order drink on top bar took ages, only 2x bar staff with one new girl, I ask 4 J20 & she told me she don't hv it... Then I see some1 else have it?! They shall b ready 4 busy Fri night... It was my 1st visit & I don't hv good impression with Top floor at all... Its shame as its home-stage4Burlesque who's amazing... Maybe I will stick with other venues 2see Burlesque instead.... So much 4...
