I was there sitting on the last table in the restaurant and I saw everything that happened with the 5 woman that walked in ordering the Kunafa. First of all it is not right that a table of 5 only orders one item as it is unprofitable for the restaurant as well as disrespectful. Secondly they where in and out of the toilet and made a huge mess in the shop. The staff where very nice and I know them very well and they shouldn’t have been spoken to the way they are as they were speaking to her in a very respectful way however the customers weren’t respectful at all and were speaking as if they were looking down on the staff.overall this is awesome place to sit and spend time at as well as they have the best customer service and serve the best Arab sweets. Will...
Read moreThe Kunafa here is absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying I truly enjoyed it! However, the sugar syrup was a bit excessive. I would recommend the staff to consider asking customers about their preferred level of sweetness beforehand. As for the mint tea, I was expecting a freshly brewed tea found that a regular tea bag was used instead. It would be great if the staff could elevate the experience by preparing a more authentic and flavorful mint tea. Overall, this is a wonderful place for anyone who loves Middle Eastern sweets, and its convenient location on Edgware Road makes it...
