I was there sitting on the last table in the restaurant and I saw everything that happened with the 5 woman that walked in ordering the Kunafa. First of all it is not right that a table of 5 only orders one item as it is unprofitable for the restaurant as well as disrespectful. Secondly they where in and out of the toilet and made a huge mess in the shop. The staff where very nice and I know them very well and they shouldn’t have been spoken to the way they are as they were speaking to her in a very respectful way however the customers weren’t respectful at all and were speaking as if they were looking down on the staff.overall this is awesome place to sit and spend time at as well as they have the best customer service and serve the best Arab sweets. Will...

The Kunafa here is absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying I truly enjoyed it! However, the sugar syrup was a bit excessive. I would recommend the staff to consider asking customers about their preferred level of sweetness beforehand. As for the mint tea, I was expecting a freshly brewed tea found that a regular tea bag was used instead. It would be great if the staff could elevate the experience by preparing a more authentic and flavorful mint tea. Overall, this is a wonderful place for anyone who loves Middle Eastern sweets, and its convenient location on Edgware Road makes it...

This place spoiled my son 10th birthday with a disaster cake even tho I ordered 3 days before . Never had an experience like in my life ,i am still shocked and very upset . The cake was barely holding together and they didn’t have the decency to let me choose another cake from the display . Because the one I orderd was a miss , They are dishonest , it is appalling to send a barely stranding together melty cake to a child birthday . I put in fridge but it didn’t help unfortunately I just had to served and was feeling sad for my son and embarrassed for...

It was my first time at Ibaklawa Cafe, and I wanted to try Turkish sweets and treats since I had seen them around and had been meaning to try them. I asked the lady to give me one of each type of baklava to try, and she was patient in explaining what each one was made with. When I got home and tried them, I really liked each of them. I will definitely be going back to get more very soon. Their cakes look lovely as well, and their prices are quite reasonable for those beauties.

Reputed to have some of the best Knafeh I was keen to try this place.it lived up to reputation and was not sickly sweet like in some places I also tried the pistachio baklava and the katayef. All were really fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly & polite. I’ll definitely return to try more stuff, apparently the pistachio ice cream is great. Perfect pairing if you are eating two doors down at Sarchnar for your savoury courses first.
